The front desk employee was very friendly. Our room was clean & very clean. Although we didn’t partake, it looked like the breakfast buffet was busy. The space to eat looked small.

This was a very well clean facility with amazing staff and amenities. We loved our stay. The room was clean and it was quiet all night with no problems. Give 5 plus stars. Air conditioning and everything worked perfectly.

The rooms were SO nice!! We had the 2 queen which was perfect for the sleepover bc of the sleeper sofa!! The set up of the room had a lot of built in storage which allowed us to hide bags ect. The other room we got was the king suite. It was really nice!! I showed one of the moms and she made a comment that she could live here!! I agree! It had a dedicated living room w the kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was huge. The girls went swimming! It was so nice bc the pool is half inside and outside but was also heated! There were towels, the pool was clean and there was a good amount of sitting areas. The girls had a great time. Breakfast was good. There were options to make a breakfast sandwich w bagels or croissants, chicken patty, sausage, cheese n egg. There was gravy for biscuits. The yogurt and oatmeal had a lot of options of toppings. There was 4 kinds of juices, fresh coffee and milk. All the staff were soooo nice and pleasant, went above and beyond to make our stay special from booking to late night needs, to lost keys and the breakfast lady!! Close to freeway so it was easy to get anywhere. There were at least 2 restaurants within a 2 minute walk, shared the parking lot!! We ALL really had a GREaT time!!!!!!

The breakfast was a disaster. The woman put the main course in the middle instead of the beginning left or right so, it caused a total traffic jam in the middle. no common sense. Need to find another breakfast person. Also put the main breakfast in a pastry cabinet instead of a warm plate. lady must not be from here and the hotel hired the lowest hourly wage bidder! So all else was great.Breakfast was bad! sausage was cold abd looked like chocolate chip cookies. Microwave them and put them in. hot plate warmer lady!!

Am not certain this hotel is safe for all travelers. Women traveling alone or with another woman would be wise to find other accommodations. A fight broke out on our floor which escalated - including a bloody trail leading to the elevator - and required police and firefighters to resolve. Have no idea how many teeth the one man lost or the grounds which lead to an arrest of another. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was clean. And the room was spacious. The power went out Saturday (08-22-26) between 5:30pm and 6pm for over 5 hours before we left and drove the long 4 hour drive back home. It was still out when we packed up and left. We were paid up until Sunday and we left Saturday night to drive back. It started to get really hot in the room. Not one time did any staff come tell us updates about the power being restored or if we were going to be compensated somehow. So far we were NOT!! Why in the world doesn’t a hotel someone pays $427 for 2 nights have a backup generator for situations like this? Absolutely uncalled for. Oh! And the beds were not very comfortable.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Tossed and turned for about three hours and finally just got up. The pillows were bad too.
