The cleanliness and staff hospitality. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view from our room. There was a big light in the parking lot that shined into our room but the black out curtains helped.

Great customer service. When I went upstairs, I noticed my AC wasn't working. So, I told them I was going to grab a bite to eat and come back. She said, I will just put you in another room, and I'll have it ready when you return. Thank you for exceeding expectations. It was all good. However, there was a bit of a wait time at breakfast if you wanted waffles. Maybe adding another waffle maker or two. Not something that is required but something that may help with efficiency.
