Motel 6 Buena Park, CA Anaheim Near Maingate Knotts

Everything ! Including management is horrible service .

The room is always stuffy,humid & very stuffy. And with that being said, it's always hard to breathe in there day and night. The floor always feels, moist and wet & slippery, almost falling down.

Staff overcharge my card $90-police was always around.

Only the location I had to wait for staff to check in

It was super close to restaurants and walking distance to our destination. The carpet is dated and makes the hallways smell like mildew .

Everything grossed me out about this hotel. Blood stains on the bed sheets. Everything looked dirty. My kids found a cockroach in their room. No covers to pillows, hairs on pillows from previous people. My room smelled like smoke even though we chose non-smoking rooms. We tried to open our window and there was no screen on it. Worst experience ever.

Only soaps in the bathroom.

It is great if your going to Knott’s or soak city They do nothing really to keep bums out. The walls and the room was crazy dirty room had a smell to it mold mix with pi… not good. You have people screaming in hallways and knocking at your doors late in the night. I told the same guy who checked me in the next day about everything and how it’s a bad look on the cleaning lady’s use towels to mop floors.i don’t know how this places has 4 stars it’s a trap. I gave them 2 for location but the only deserve a half a star.i hate and I mean hate writing reviews like this don’t like to bring places down everything‘s in experience but man this was one for the bucks if the World Cup wasn’t going on and rooms everywhere else were 1000+ I’ll probably left way too many people to sleep in the car because I thought of that too. Hopefully this review pushes him to change their ways and actually care about their establishment and not just gutted for whatever it’s worth because that’s what it looks like.

Bath room had DRUG STAINS ON IT DIRTY GLOVES IN ROOM

Close to Knotts Disgusting, smelled horrible like cigarettes, mold and animals. Dirty and run down. Holes in the walls, we had no towels, cogarette burns in sheets, sheets were dirty with foot prints, animals prints food stains. Asked for new bedding and was brought one sheet and told that was all they had. We ended up leaving. They did refund us and seemed apologetic. It just needs to be completely re done.

First that it doesnt mention it also living place there was dog poop in hallway, dogs barking at night. We were in non smoking area smelled like smoke an in our room. Hallway floor was dirty. Just not recommend wont go here again.

Only thing good is the location. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm Where do I begin. When I check in I was charge for my rooms that I had already paid in advance. The guy didn’t even check before charging me or even inform me he was going to make a charge to my card. I asked him to reversed the transaction. His response was he didn’t know how. Said he need to call support to tell him how to. Took 2 hrs to get a paper showing the refund. Of course being a Friday I am out that money until my bank process it. So now we go see our rooms. One of the rooms had hair on sheets, red stains and dirty floor. Went down stairs and requested a different room. Well new room had alcohol bottles (not all empty) on the floor and desk. There was dirty clothes on the floor. Had to go back down and let the front desk know. Now this room was a little better. Still sheets had cigarette burn marks(which hotel is non smoking) bathroom had something red splatter on the wall and door. When I let front desk know he said that everything is clean. That not all stains can come off. We were not going to used any of their sheets, blankets or towels. Ended up going to buy our own. Another unnecessary expense. If I was able to cancel without having to pay the equivalent of a 1 night stay for two rooms and had that extra charge put on my card I would have left ?

Perfect location, beautiful views The beds, the sheets the pillows are fine the floor the bathroom is clean. They just need to clean the walls with a hot towel and soap and disinfected spray for the walls. Everything else was cool. They just need to wipe the walls down.

I didn't like it my room was nasty it had blood stains on the mattress and the bed was dirty the floors were dirty there was hair in the refrigerator and the microwave wasn't clean nothing was clean in the room when I got in there and also the room was really dirty the refrigerator had hair the microwave was not clean it was food flatters all over the wall

The only thing I like is the area that it was in I didn't like it my room was nasty it had blood stains on the mattress and the bed was dirty the floors were dirty there was hair in the refrigerator and the microwave wasn't clean nothing was clean in the room when I got in there and the whole hotel smelled really bad

Room not too clean and smell like smoke. Shower not working well.
