Shuttle service was a great amenity and so convenient to use

This is a cute hotel 5 minutes away from the Airport . Wonderful amenities and clean rooms. I enjoy my mini vacation. Thank you Aloft for my excellent stay.

Hotel is nice : no issues

Very good hotel. Airport transportation was fantastic! Even at midnight! Air conditioning was a little loud and very cold but overall great choice for an overnight stay.

The carpets in the unit and hallways were just about horrific and needed a steam clean at the very least. The AC units also could not be controlled and so we could not cool down the room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay with incredible staff at the front desk.

Housekeeping was friendly Elevator could use cleaning a/c control was impossible Loved the bed and pillows

The hotel itself is nice. But they should hire more front desk staff. Only one person there to answer the phone, check in and the cash.

It was inviting, staff at the front desk greeted us right away, and gave us valuable information about the property. The place itself is very clean modern and exactly what we were looking for . My husband said the gym was great and the pool looked inviting although we didn’t use if Nothing. It was exactly what we expected.

I stayed here for a week and I feel good about my choice. Although The staff was not as professional as I am use too, (they were more relaxed which isn’t a bad thing) they were very polite and attentive. My room was nicely setup and clean. Parking was adequate. I enjoyed the pool and the bar food. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but I slept ok. If I return to Buffalo this would not be my first choice to stay but I would stay again

It was nice, but the a/c seems to have an issue that was causing mold in the room.
