Great location attached to Key Bank Center and overlooking the Buffalo Harbor area. We attended a comedy show and had a great walk around the harbor in the morning. Beds were super comfortable and the coffee at Panorama on 7 is really good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is great, location is great for a concert or game at key bank center. Its very expensive and the elevators from the parking garage take forever. But I would definitely stay there again for the convenience. It was our 3rd stay .

There was a direct entrance into the Key Bank Center which is why we chose this hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional. A bit expensive, but worth it that we didn't have to travel anywhere after the concert.

Very nice people who work there-but the whole 2 elevator thing is annoying. Very poor set up. Also not a lot of food choices-but the restaurant they do have is nice-but very limited menu.

I think I found my new favorite Buffalo hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. I ordered in room dining for breakfast and it was excellent. Definitely will stay again.
