Personally, loved the hot tub and pool. Went for my 22nd birthday and it was very nice and right downtown.
-
Shower door is designed horribly. So much water was all over the bathroom floor and we used all of our towels so quick then just had a huge pile of soggy towels in the corner.. toilet lid wasn’t even attached. Needs maintenance.

Everything was wonderful. The reception staff was personable and pleasant. Security was helpful with giving safety tips for the area. Jeff at the bar was funny and accommodating. The room was very clean and the hotel amenities were great. Would definitely book again.
-
Great location for a sporting event or concert downtown The WiFi wasn’t the greatest. TVs were a bit delayed with responses to controller commands
-
The staff at front desk was very helpful. Room was in great condition. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable.

The property was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable! Nothing

Nice, clean room, with friendly staff and great amenities.

Parking was atrocious for me but I don’t live in a city and typically stay outside the city at hotels with free parking only. Fitting my big truck in the parking lot was a tight fit and there are new door dings because parking is so tight.

Didn’t have breakfast Coffee at bistro was awful

Comment is not about the property but about the room rate Booked rooms a month ago and then find out I could get the rooms a week before for $200 less. Got some refund but not enough to cover the difference.
