    Staff was very nice. My only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable for my son, it was so worn out that you could feel the bed springs.

    The door to the room had to be forced shut. The bathroom door had no latch so wouldn't lock properly. And the fridge didn't work. Night shift lady was great

    The room was decent sized with queen beds. It had a little dinette set with 2 chairs. The TV cabinet was squeaky when walking by it. Our room faced the airport which did seem semi loud at times, but its not a busy airport so didn t really hear many at night or over the TV or AC. Did not realize that housekeeping only came every other day unless you asked. We stayed 3 nights. First night housekeeping was cleaning several rooms on our floor at 8pm at night with several bags of trash and laundry in the hallways. The pool room did not appear to be cleaned well that day with some things floating around. Had to use scoop to get out. No towels of course so had to run back to the front to ask. The pool starts at 3 feet up to about 4' 5" deep. No hot tub but thats okay. They cleaned the room the second day we were there. They didnt fully make both beds ( not really a big deal ) but they totally forget to replace the towels! Did not interact with front desk much as they were always busy checking people in or out. Had to ask for a second room key after getting to room ( 4 people in our room-- we need at least 2 keys). Breakfast was okay with hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and can make own waffles. I stayed at other Hamptons and feel that it could have been a little better. Should have picked the Hamptom closer to the shopping area at Cabelas with more selection for restaurants. Also not easy to get off highway due to traffic.

    I liked the Hampton inn everything was nice and clean good bkfst the only draw back was there was no hot tub like the other Hampton inns and the ac for the pool area didnt work so swimming inside was very humid but overall great stay i give this 4 out of 5 stars

    We really like the hotel and the break fast they provided. The only complaint about this hotel was the water was draining very slowly from tub and they initially gave the room that was not yet ready. They gave new room finally

    I booked and prepaid 3 rooms for one night through Booking.com on May 17, 2026. At check-in, the hotel required a credit card for a security deposit and charged a total of CAD $223.16 for the 3 rooms. I was told the deposit would be refunded within 3–4 business days after checkout. When the refund did not appear, I called the hotel about a week later. A staff member told me it would be returned within a few more days. More than a month has now passed, and I still have not received the CAD $223.16 back. I understand that temporary holds can take some time to be released, but waiting over a month without receiving the deposit or a clear explanation is unacceptable. Guests should be aware of this issue before booking. Based on my experience, I would avoid staying here until the hotel improves its handling of security deposits and customer follow-up.

    The breakfast was good. Toilet was leaking in my room they moved me to a king and sofa bed room. Had to listen to my son complain about loosing his bed for a pullout.

    Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again.
