Staybridge Suites Williamsville Buffalo by IHG

Staybridge Suites came to our rescue when we needed an overnight stay on short notice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but the staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was super comfy and the location was quiet at night.

The location for what we needed that weekend. The towels in our room were soiled and stained, the floor was never cleaned after the last person was there. The manager Sunday morning when I told him these things didn’t have an answer and acted like he’s heard it all before. We won’t be staying there again and the company should do something about those issues.

The hotel overall looks good it was clean and the staff was attentive. Only negative was that they gave us a room on the first floor next to the basketball court and kids were playing until 11pm at night. Also the pool was closed not sure if it ever opened this year as it looked it was out due to repairs. Breakfast selections were limited and decent.

Tub didn’t train, breakfast was not as good as others in this same hote brand

Good location. Very well maintained and clean. Only issue was the toilets in our room weren’t flushing great but other than that it was a great place to stay.

It was really comfortable for our family

We stayed here a few years ago and the improvement was clear. The rooms are much nicer, as are the common areas. The staff was super helpful, a special shout out to the evening clerk Brian. He took care of every request immediately. Great place to stay at good price.

Front Desk staff…amazing no matter morning, day, or night…outstanding! Housekeeping staff ALWAYS greeted us with smiles and hellos in the hallway! Great breakfast buffet and evening snacks! The soda pop, coffee, and tea station is always open in the dining/living room area. Very nice outdoor space with BBQ, patio sets, and basketball court. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath with kitchen and living room was great! Highly recommend this hotel! Again, the staff was phenomenal!!
