I couldn’t use the duvet it’s smelly and dirty.. Needs a total overhaul..

Pot smoking down the halls. No housekeeping. Just really bad experience

Our flight was canceled and we had to book a hotel at the last minute. This hotel was clean, close and cheat. Would definitely stay there if I ever have to stay near the Airport.

It was affordable

I only stayed one night. Only positive thing I can say about my stay was that I didn’t see roaches and I didn’t get bit by bedbugs. Other than that, there were a lot of stains on the walls, holes, saw an old sandwhich left in the mini fridge. I also had a problem with my room door as it wouldn’t lock. Had to switch rooms. The tv remote didnt seem to work. Shower also takes longer than usual to get warm.

Easy check in. Easy to find. Not the cleanest hotel.

The pictures on Expeia were very misleading...in person it looked more like a crack house than a hotel. They had no elevator, stairs only, there were cigarette burns on the comforter, the sink and the tub, the hair dryer was broken so badly you could touch the heating coil. If it had worked at all it would have been a major fire hazard, the air conditioner was set at 53 degrees and the button to make it warmer did not work, the shower curtain was falling down, there was some sort of disgusting something on the wall that resembled dried snot, the remote worked the direct tv box, but not the tv - the only way to turn it on/off or adjust the volume was to use the buttons on the TV. You asked about amenities...HA...what amenities? They did provide plenty of soap and shampoo, but the sink could only be drained by pulling the lever underneath the sink manually, the water pressure was non-existent the curtain rod in the room was broken off and sitting on the window sill, there was no clock, alarm or otherwise, there was no coffee...in the room or the lobby, there was what appeared to white spray paint on the bathroom door...just a random spray, not an attempt to paint the door. I will say the staff when I checked in were very nice. The guy at the desk when I went to check out was asleep. Without question, the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! (I've been in a hotel that was on fire - this was actually worse!)

The light switches didn’t work, the door knob in the bathroom was falling off, parts of the carpet were torn. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, the towel bar in the bathroom was broken off the wall. The remote to the tv didn’t work and the bed was wildly uncomfortable. I would not recommend

Nothing Walked in to the room and walked right out. The entire room smelled and felt dirty and had stains on the sheets and bathroom sink. It was disgusting. Then they wanted to deny refund after not even being in the room for 5 min

When you first pull up, it looks ran down needs to be redone outside. People don’t look that great hanging around when you enter the place smells of mildew dirty carpets very nasty place upon entering the room. It looks OK but the bed covers are dirty. The carpet are nasty. Very afraid of bedbugs. You can smell the alcohol that has been sprayed in the rooms. They could really use an upgrade.

The room was so disgusting I couldn't even stay . I asked for a refund no luck . Worst place in buffalo

Price okay, but paint was peeling off from walls and celling. Good if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

Arrived at 11pm. Check in was very slow. I had 3 kids with me. First room provided was absolutely invested with cockroaches. Went to the front desk the guy had no idea what to do. Thankfully a cleaning staff advised the desk of a room that had been recently cleaned. Stayed there the first night and didn’t return for the second night.
