If I could give this property negative stars I would! This property needs to be removed from any expedia listing. From walking in and being greeted by a bullet proof window with just a place to exchange cards/ papers across the "front desk" to the room that was straight out of an 80's horror movie- this property was terrible! The room was filthy-cobwebs in the corner, dirty and stained bedding and pillows. It smelled horribly of smoke and mold. We weren't even comfortable just standing in the room, let alone sleeping there.

Clothing rack and rod missing. Just 4 holes in the wall. Torn bedding with holes. Broken door lock jury rigged with electric tape. Couldn’t get into my room 5 times. Falsely advertised restaurant and bar. No water pressure. Only Luke warm water. Took half hour to fill

My room reeked of cigarettes and the tv was broken. I understand this is supposed to be an “old-school” kind of hotel but I honestly couldn’t sleep well while trying to endure the smell. Will not be visiting again.

The hotel is quite old. While I understand that the building is older, we’ve seen some hair stand on towels, pillows, and blankets, which made the stay less comfortable. And, also the ambiance was creepy, it feels like you’re in horror game.

The staff was nice and they helped us get refunded immediately but the property was very poorly maintained the rooms smelled like cigarettes and were very dirty there was mold on the ceilings. I could not stop coughing because of the cigarette smell. I did not stay in the hotel for more than an hour before leaving. The staff checked us out very quickly and provided a refund but the hotel itself was just nothing like the photos and I would never stay here.

They came into our room before check out even though we had the do not disturb thing in our room and we had not checked out. Huge violation of privacy. Never going there again.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I knew it was a “budget hotel” but what I found when I got there late at night was absolutely disgusting. First thing I noticed is the bed pillows and part of the blanket were moved around as if someone had taken a nap or already slept there. There was no smoke detector. Apparently I was told it was stolen and three times during the night someone went to try to open the door luckily I had the little safety bolt on and they didn’t get inThere was powdered white substance on one of the bed stands on the other one there was used discarded issues. The room smelled extremely strong like mold, mildew, and smoke. I woke up with a headache. The carpet is somehow incredibly sticky and coated with an unknown gunk that when I went to take a shower, the shower mat stuck to my feet.!! the air conditioner is OK. I guess the bathroom full of mold spores on the ceiling and in the shower tile grout. It is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I would have walked out if I didn’t arrive incredibly late and wasn’t tired from a very long road trip. The outside of the building has paint and plaster falling off. And in the back a guy was sitting in an old broken down van, shooting up an unknown substance. I saw that when I was looking for parking. I don’t have enough room to write about everything else wrong I found those were the main things. DO NOT VISIT THAI PROPERTY!

Walking to our room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hallway, and there appeared to be mold or water damage on portions of the ceiling. Once inside the room, things only got worse. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and the window had no screen, meaning insects could easily get inside. The sheets were visibly dirty, and the blankets had numerous cigarette burns throughout them. After seeing the condition of the bed, my family made the decision not to stay. We checked out shortly after checking in and found another hotel instead. We genuinely felt dirtier after walking into this hotel than we did after spending the entire day hiking through the woods. The front desk employee seemed surprised when I explained why we were leaving, but I never got the impression there was any real concern. Since I had prepaid weeks earlier, it felt like there was little incentive to address the situation. I understand older hotels can show their age, but there’s a difference between an older property and one that isn’t clean or properly maintained. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend staying here.

Bathroom was clean and bed

The hotel was okay. They assisted whenever we needed it. The room we had the bathroom sink was leaking when you turned the water on. My second room didn't have a fridge and my family member needed a fridge for his insulin. Overall the location was fine.

Pretty good for price

Read the fine print. There is a $60.00 fee in case of any damages that you get back up on departure. If in fact you do not damage the property. Thank you. All the staff were very professional.

An absolute health hazard this the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The smell of mold overpowers you on the hallways and rooms as well. Not maintained or cleaned at all. Staff at the reception was not friendly at all either .
