There was dirt and grime around the baseboards, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found a dead baby roach between the mattress and the sheets. The microwave kept shutting off because the outlet apparently couldn’t handle the power. Since the Bills were playing that day, we had very limited options. I told my friends I would rather sleep in the car, but they said, “Let’s just get through it,” since we would only be there for a few hours. To make matters worse, they required a deposit for rooms that we had already paid for in advance. I did get the deposit back, but honestly, I should have donated it to them so they could put it toward improving the property. And the carpet? It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in decades. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here.

Please never go this hotel. There is lots of bedbugs in the bed. I checked out middle of the night foe bedbugs. Stuffs are very rude.

Carpet is so disgusting , bathroom is so dirty, u smell the cigarette everywhere

Personnel When you have to hang an exterior sign saying you are open there is a problem. If it wasn’t a football weekend or pre-paid I would never have checked in. Plexiglass barrier at front desk does not make a person comfortable; hallway smelled musty; room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke and bathroom ceiling and wall cracked,bubbling and unsafe.Linens were clean and housekeeping did an excellent job with what they have to work with.

this hotel was disgusting, our room wasn’t even cleaned when we checked into it. there were stains everywhere. our bed was completely messed up, the blankets were dirty and clumped at the bottom of the bed. i ended up sleeping with my own blanket that i brought. there were ants in our room. the entire place stunk like cigarettes. would not recommend.

we were able to get a room. everything else was booked in the area. surprised to see on Expedia. The guy at desk very friendly.

PLACE LOOKED LIEK TI WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF BEING REFURBISHED BUT ROM ITSELF WAS OK. biggest ISSUE IS ITS BEN OVER A WEEK AND THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT

Burnt bedding, dirty chairs and property is kind of stingy smell

Only good thing was is proximity to the airport This place was probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The cost of $199 for the night was a total rip off. The room was disgusting with rotten carpet and a table with no chair to sit at. The bathroom was old and everything needs proper cleaning. The only thing clean was the white bed sheets and thats because they get changed. Everything else in this room 226 is ready for the dumpster.

Parking was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. No coffee maker in room. Would have appreciated more towels and Kleenex.

The hotel smelled like smoke. Visible smoke stains on the wall. Room was not properly cleaned. Staff was rude and would not compensate for the terrible service. Also asked for a full refund and that was a problem.

Our room was gross my comforter had a big yellow stain and blood stains on it and I asked for different one and the next one they gave me had a big burn hole on it. The lamps were covered in something disgusting and everything was dusty never will go back ! We actually thought when we pulled in that it was a condemned building

Woof, from the massive discrepancy of the photo online and the actual exterior of the building to the smell when you open the door, this place was an absolute dive. We were assaulted by four, different, terrible, smells just walking down the long hall to the room. Even my teenager didn't let their clothes hit the ground when they changed. If it hadnt been $200 we couldn't get back we would have left. I feel like we were swindled by how it was presented on Expedia.

It just had an odor in some spots of the motel.

I didn’t like that there was left over sunflower seeds and a bunch of other things laying around the room when I got there and that I didn’t get my 60 dollars back from the deposit

We as tourists that we are not from the area need information and Amanda was the best at the hotel , so sweet, patient and willing to help Customers answering questions and giving suggestions. She is wonderful Thanks to her i was Not lost and i got to go to Niagara falls very easy and very affordable price. Thank you Amanda !

Cheap Filthy. Cigarette holes in sheets, tile glued on the wall. A lamp that looked like it was beaten over someone's head. Hand prints on the walls. It smelled like there was a pool but I don't think there's a pool it was so musty. The carpets were filthy. Half of the motel isn't even in use and I'm wondering if that's better than the rooms that are open.

There was food leftover from the previous guest beside the bed. There was garbage left under the bed.
