Staybridge Suites Williamsville Buffalo by IHG

The rooms were so clean. The staff was amazing. The property was lovely. I did not have breakfast there, but the food looked yummy. Also, the bed sheets were nice and soft. An amenity kit would be a nice addition. We are looking forward to returning soon!!!

Clean room. Amenities were under maintenance

The room was absolutely disgusting. I volunteered to clean it myself. They guess that were in the room previous to myself left baby bottles candy Garbage leftover decorations from a party. There was food mush into the carpet. The floors were not mopped. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and urine stains on the other bathroom toilet. During breakfast, I went to get my children food and staff there wouldn’t let me get waffles because she said breakfast was over. She’s prevented me from getting a cup of waffle mix as all the other guest were in the dining room, enjoying their meals.

The staff was nice and helpful. The shuttle staff was great, fast and on time. The rooms are in need of some maintenance. Stayed two separate nights and both rooms had come maintenance issues.

Appeared they are updating the mini splits in the entire facility so this will assist with the rooms being warm even though it wasn't really hot outside. The small window unit that was being used to cool all 3 rooms had a hard time keeping the rooms 70-75 degrees.

Very nice stay for my family of 6. The double room suites offered plenty of space for everyone! The kids enjoyed the basketball court and indoor pool (not heated). The large fridge and burners allows us to make quite breakfast and smaller meals. Staff were all friendly.

Staybridge Suites came to our rescue when we needed an overnight stay on short notice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but the staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was super comfy and the location was quiet at night.

The location for what we needed that weekend. The towels in our room were soiled and stained, the floor was never cleaned after the last person was there. The manager Sunday morning when I told him these things didn’t have an answer and acted like he’s heard it all before. We won’t be staying there again and the company should do something about those issues.

The hotel overall looks good it was clean and the staff was attentive. Only negative was that they gave us a room on the first floor next to the basketball court and kids were playing until 11pm at night. Also the pool was closed not sure if it ever opened this year as it looked it was out due to repairs. Breakfast selections were limited and decent.

Tub didn’t train, breakfast was not as good as others in this same hote brand

Good location. Very well maintained and clean. Only issue was the toilets in our room weren’t flushing great but other than that it was a great place to stay.

It was really comfortable for our family

We stayed here a few years ago and the improvement was clear. The rooms are much nicer, as are the common areas. The staff was super helpful, a special shout out to the evening clerk Brian. He took care of every request immediately. Great place to stay at good price.
