Great location. Super responsive and knowledgeable staff.

It was a fantastic experience. Bed was especially comfortable. Hard to locate because their were no signs indicating The Edward.

Beautiful styled rooms and common areas. Super clean and everything worked as expected. Nice location that was quiet and still close to some great areas. Easy parking and access to the hotel and room. Stayed here for a black tie wedding and we felt so regal with this stay as our backdrop getting ready! Cushioned furniture could use some updating.

Lovely decor, comfortable and clean rooms, great value, very easy check in and check out The water took a long time to warm up that is the only thing but we had a great stay

Our room was Immaculately clean with a comfortable king bed, beautiful architectural details and furnishings. The Edward is located in a cool neighborhood near great restaurants. Keyless entry system. Very private.

The lobby was very nice and clean. Wonderful .

Beautiful old building that has been charmingly restored. We stayed in the Deco room and found it comfortable and nicely finished. The hallway mural is fantastic, and the grand old home was quiet and clean. Love the Elmwood village neighborhood behind it, great spot for a few nights

Excellent hotel for the price. It’s quiet and very well Done. Off street parking would have been nice, but the parking was not an issue.

We were expecting a hotel with restaurant,bar, and elevator. This is a “boutique “ hotel, which apparently means it has none of those things. We arrived after a long tiring day to find that we had to schlep our bags up to the second floor and go out to find supper. This is a converted home. Rooms are well appointed. There is tea and coffee service in a lounge with a few snacks. Once you know what it is, it’s fine.

Location excellent. Decor was so pretty and fun. Amenities like water cooler and relaxing space was very appreciated! Bed was a little soft for my taste.

Location was convenient. A 10-minute walk to Elmwood Avenue, which has many restaurants, shops, and markets. Staff was responsive to requests. Really lovely property with beautiful rooms in Buffalo's nicest neighborhood. Customers should know; however, that there are no staff on premises for service. The employees do provide excellent service via phone with restaurant recommendations et cetera. If you are comfortable with this type of set-up, I highly recommend The Edward for privacy, location, free convenient parking and beautiful rooms.

Always a wonderful place to stay when we're on Buffalo. Clean and quiet. Easy to find parking if the their lot is full.

Overall we had a nice stay. The location is great for walking into Elmwood Village. The property is not clearly labeled and we struggled to identify which building the hotel was located in. We appreciated the very easy check-in process, and we took advantage of the snacks in the lobby. Unfortunately the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors both from within our room and when walking through the hallway. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.
