Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

I love how clean the hotel. The breakfast is not included you need to pay. The place is nice and quite.

Room was exceptional and very clean and even had a fresh robe and slippers!

Very nice and clean hotel. Had to check out early and it was quick and easy. My brother and I had to travel to downtown La multiple times throughout July 4th weekend so it was super convenient to have a train that was simple to walk too. I love the self check out for snacks or drinks at the desk service and whenever we had questions the staff on duty was super kind as helpful. Also my brother accidentally lost our spare key card to get into our hotel and we stressing if we need to pay but the staff ease out stress by deactivating the one we lost and simply gave us a new one free of charge. And lastly the nicely cool cucumber and lemon water was a real treat to have whenever we needed it. It helped kept us hydrated along out epic journey around LA. Overall 9.8/10. Would stay again and would strongly recommend if anyone is choosing to stay at this hotel. 😌

Clean room, nice staff.

Water pressure was terrible and we never had hot water for our visit. After speaking with two different staff members and being told I would be called back twice by a manager I was still never contacted. I had to make 4 separate calls to be told I would be reimbursed for my stay which I’m yet to see. Overall unsatisfied

Clean, beautiful, comfortable and excellent location.

There was a hot water issue on my last day and it was not handled within 24 hrs. The entire hotel was out of hot water.

Location, safety, cleanliness, comfort Had to pay for morning coffee. Front desk staff always looked bored and disinterested.

This was my 4th stay at this location & it’s my go to hotel every time I visit SoCal. It was really busy this trip due to the FIFA World Cup so checking in took some time where it normally does not but the staff handled it well. I’ll definitely be back.

I disliked that the property is not very walkable to any points of interests or shopping. Paying for parking is irksome, and I got a notification about 5 hours early that the 24hr parking I had paid for had expired well ahead of the 24hr mark. We liked the happy hour. The bartender was helpful and engaging to talk to. Not sure we would go out of our way to stay here again.

Clean new and close to the airport. It was not noisy at all and the area was less industrial than usual for airport, but probably not great for window shopping or restaurants. The food at the restaurant was good and they had a nice outdoor area to hangout. It was a little sterile but clean and new.
