I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. They do not clean the rooms every day, which is fine with me, but on day 2, I asked them to do light cleaning and supply new towels and refill the conditioner in the morning. When I came back at night, they had forgotten about it, and when I asked them to give me a towel, they did not even bother to bring it for me and asked me to come down and collect it myself. They did not apologize; they just said it happened, no sorry at all.

The hotel is modern and well kept. The parking situation is not ideal, it should be easier to park and more reasonably priced.

Convenient location near the airport with very little noise to keep you up. Overall this place has everything you need to keep you relaxed and comfortable

I booked a king size bed with for me and my husband and when I get there the front desk was like I don’t have anymore king size beds ure getting a double bed tired from a long drive didn’t have option

It’s a beautiful place and when I was trying to check in, my room wasn’t ready yet. Three other guests were in front of me. After about 15min the front desk clerk came to those three customers and gave them their keys and I believe comped them free breakfast. So I was next in line, waited another 5 min or so and she came to me and asked me if I would take a one bedroom suite. Who wouldn’t, so she gave me the one room suite with no additional costs. I really appreciated that.
