Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

Family loved it and I loved the price !!!!!

It’s a beautiful place and when I was trying to check in, my room wasn’t ready yet. Three other guests were in front of me. After about 15min the front desk clerk came to those three customers and gave them their keys and I believe comped them free breakfast. So I was next in line, waited another 5 min or so and she came to me and asked me if I would take a one bedroom suite. Who wouldn’t, so she gave me the one room suite with no additional costs. I really appreciated that.

Very nice lobby area. Only down side is that you have to pay for parking. $26 per night. Other than that wow!

No housekeeping provided unless upon request. However, when requested, the answer was "not likely because they have too many rooms to clean". The second attempt worked. This policy is not clear in the description. Plus parking in THEIR parking lot is not free, it's $26 US per day. They don't mention that in the description either. Though the rooms are modern and look nice, opening up the blind revealed a lot of hair on the floor. And no safe provided in the room. Ordering from the restaurant requires you go down to get it - they don't bring it up to you. All in all, a disappointment.

Very clean room and good customer service

The bathroom was not stocked properly. Some of the amenities were not available during our stay.

We arrived around 4pm and our room was not available. We waited about 20 min before they decided to move us to another room. We were told our free breakfast was served from 7am to 11am. We went down a little after 10am to be told they had closed the kitchen due to a film crew being on site. The room they put us in was a nice size and clean. Instead of having the two beds we had requested there was a king with a pull out couch. My daughter was cold all night as only sheets and a light blanket were provided. The room looked recently remodeled which was nice but they have installed laminate flooring and the sound from the floor above made it sound like there was a herd of elephants staying above us. All in all the experience was less than desirable.

The location of this hotel was ideal for traveling throughout the LA area. It was located close to the expressway and was close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel very clean for the most part. The only issue we had was with housekeeping or lack there of. We stayed for an entire week and was told at check-in that housekeeping would do a light cleaning on days 3 and 5. On day three, I went down to the service desk and requested that our room be cleaned while we were out for the day. When we returned, we discovered that the room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping came the next day but only made the beds and took out the trash. None of the surfaces that we had eaten or used were cleaned. We also tried to enjoy the rooftop seating area but the couches and tables were quite dirty and did not appear to be maintained well.

Good food, service and great staff

Very clean, modern and comfortable, we loved the stay. Staff were all wonderful, just seems too busy. A couple of times when we wanted some help we could not get the support but eventually we did so no issues. We will definitely be back when we come to Burbank :)

Very nice, new hotel with a lovely staff. The bar and restaurant are good and well priced. The rooms are spacious. My kids didn’t love the barn door for the bathroom and my husband wished there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but otherwise it was nice. We would stay there again.

Stayed here after going to Universal Studios and the drive was only 15 minutes. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the lobby had a nice outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

The best chill place no worries about getting your car robbed!

Overall, I found the staff to be welcoming and very helpful.

Love staying there. Close to the airport, rooms are nice and clean, and the people that work there are great. When I go to LA, it's one of my first choices. What more can I say?

The cleanliness in the room was below expectations. There was trash debris all over the floor, it was not swept or cleaned from previous guests. The front desk agent was unprofessional with her demeanor. The room initially booked was unavailable.

Cleaning the room was difficult as o had request multiple times for housekeeping. I was informed that they would clean the room on the 3rd day. On the 3rd I called the front desk to confirm and I was told they would only do light cleaning.
