Loved the breakfast

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was a nice continental breakfast. Close to the airport and a quick uber ride for a quick stay at a reasonable price.

Great room and staff.

My second time staying here, my boyfriend's first time in LA & we both decided to definitely make it a regular for visits. Christinia at the front was especially amazing. (Main reason for a review) She was super friendly and told us of the shuttle & helped us around the area and the airport throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and the room itself was clean, water pressure was nice. The pool area was cute and comfortable. Beds were also great to sleep in after long days of walking. Looking foward to next visit.

Definitely recommend and coming back for sure!! The staff was the best!

Everything was great until the last night? The people on the top floor were disruptive.

We got a handicap room and didn’t like the way the water ran all over the bathroom floor. Must be a better system for the shower

Comfortable, clean, basic. Free breakfast was good. Staff good too.

Staff during check-in were un-accomodating right away when we requesting to be transfer to another room.

Excellent location to the airport and downtown

The staff was very helpful. Only one team member seemed like she didn't want to be there. The breakfast was delicious. I would always recommend Hampton Inn and Suites.

Everyone else as far as employees we encountered were nice. Unfortunately we happen to encounter Nayomi the most when we were downstairs or needed something.

Terrible experience! First, I lost the payment for my original reservation because it could not be canceled. I then paid again for the following night. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I was told that no room was available, even though Booking.com confirmed my reservation on speakerphone. I do not speak English well and asked the staff to contact Booking.com, but they refused to help. It seemed that because I arrived late, my room had been given to another guest. Because of their mistake, I suffered both financially and emotionally. I was left without a room at night and had to urgently book another, more expensive hotel. Very unprofessional and irresponsible treatment. I do not recommend this hotel!
