The bed was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful At least have park and fly available when booking the room

The front desk were very helpful with questions and friendly to all that I saw them interact with while waiting in the lobby, there were at least 2 at the front desk which made things go fast. Their shuttle service was very friendly in the 100+ degree weather and helped guests get in and out of their shuttle and helped with the suitcases. The cleaning staff was great and brought items when they were needed even if you passed them in the hall. They always said hello and acknowledged you. The breakfast staff were always attentive whenever the tables needed cleaning or the food needed to be refilled. A great experience overall.

I was pleasantly surprised. First they allow pets for a nominal fee. The hotel was recently renovated, it was so clean and maintained which is impressive. The staff were the friendliest, helpful and accommodating I’ve ever encountered on our travels. Kudos to Daniel, Isabel, Ricardo in parking, and others at the front desk. The rooms were nice, good shower and comfortable bed. Only downside is our room faced the street where there’s some noise although our air conditioner helped drown it . Speaking of, my wife likes it super cold and you can lower it to wherever you want. Breakfast was more than adequate- 3 types of juices and coffee, muffins, skones, waffles,bagels,oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, eggs,bacon or sausage, potatoes and so on. Parking is valet only($31/day) and we believe in tipping when going out, so it’s a little pricey depending. The pool is out the front door 50 yards away and is small so keep that in mind if that’s important to you. All in all, very good value comparatively to surrounding other hotels and personally recommend it.

Conviently located, I loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. Parking was a a bit expensive at $32 dollars a day. Breakfast was good and included in the price of the stay

Overall we were happy with our stay. We had one minor issue during our stay but the staff handled it promptly. I would recommend this hotel when staying in the Burbank area.

Housekeeping was great , breakfast was great , people in kitchen work so hard to try to make it special , lots of choices , valet guys were great , location was kind of private and smaller but still close to everything. Definitely would stay again

I had a quick 1 night stay. But we arrived early and were able to get our room with o my a shirt 20 minute wait but still like 4 hrs before check in time. I happened to be named as guest of the day, so that was a nice surprise. I won a bag of treats and some waters. The shutter worked out perfectly. And the complimentary breakfast on hand to grab something before our flight was nice. If you want to walk there isn't much in the area. Otherwise it was a great stay for our quick stop over.

Room wasn’t cleaned well enough by housekeeping. No public parking was available - only valet parking for a hefty fee and then they added service tax to it, so the parking got pretty expensive. DirectTV bow in the room was constantly freezing and required constant rebooting. Overall, not the best hotel choice.
