The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Very close to the airport.

I booked the room for 3 days Day one I went out left my iPhone charger sealed drinks brought in from the outside and a shirt. When we got back it was all gone and we were told no one took it. After a few hours I received a phone call that they had found my charger only. At that point we felt we couldn’t leave anything in the room when we went out. As I checked out the hotel the front desk young lady was very short seemed bothered by questions. Not staying there anymore

The coffee, tea and hot chocolate station in the lobby 24 hours open is great! The shuttle and the hotel proximity to the airport is also good. I will here again. Also 7/11 and a cafe is just 2 minutes walk in a pretty safe neighborhood. Church is just up the hill and a cathedral is just on the hotels side.

After the third night they finally cleaned my bedroom, (after I had to ask), but they did good.

The only issue was with the Hotels Airport transport that was not in service. Hampton quickly scheduled a Lyft driver to pick us up at no charge. So that was a plus!

Kind of off the beaten path but easy to get Uber to where you need to go. Met our needs for this trip.

It was a wonderful stay. Room was spacious and the staff were wonderful. The daily breakfast was great!

I had a 7 am flight and when I checked in at 7 pm the night before, I was told there would be a “to go” breakfast in the lobby before departure to the airport at 5:30 am. That did not materialize and it looked to me that the one morning desk agent was overwhelmed… must be understaffed or had call/ offs.

Upon checking out, a Lyft driver was arranged by receptionist, a driver arrived promptly in a midsize 4 door sedan, unsble to accommodate our party of 5. Our driver took 3 of us and another guest graciously allowed the other 2 on our party to ride with him to airport Also our tub had a large paint chip missing on floor of tub

The room was clean. Beds not comfortable and only Directv. Valet required and pricey. Breakfast was marginal.
