Super clean and spacious. Got two queen beds and they had their own room. 10/10

No microwave in the rooms

The hotel was nice, friendly staff, but could have used a few updates. We could see the light from outside all around our door. There was a U shaped crack in the bottom of the tub. Other than that it was a great stay.

Staff were supernice and helpful. They were all fantastic. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the wifi good and everything worked. It is right next to the freeway, which created some loud background noise, and I could hear my neighbors through the adjoining room door. It was cheaper than other places in the area, so I guess the price was good value from that point of view. Burbank as a whole is more expensive than I expected.

When I woke up there was a bedbug on the bed I had to throw out my clothes. I felt so disgusted

The breakfast was minimal. The inside of the property looks better than the outside. Parking was plentiful but spaces were very narrow. Staff was indifferent. Beds were comfortable. Very close to the Burbank airport.

It is very small, very old, not maintained at all. All furniture are vintage, and the rooms are stinky with strong mold smell, just like an ancient abandoned property. Even the main front door is rusty and not functioning well. Even the TV hanged on the wall is diagonal or oblique (you can see it on the picture posted on Expedia website.) The bathroom is not maintained at all. The tub is dirty, old, scratched and not clean. The bathroom is extremely small. What is called "breakfast" is cheap, poor quality, in a very small space. The swimming pool is small, dirty, and not maintained. This is a cheap motel, not a hotel. It is a shame for Expedia to include this property in their list. We might ask for a refund or credit from Expedia for this property. We suggest an Expedia Rep or agent to visit this property and verify this in person. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The breakfast area was extremely cramped, to the point that I didn’t even feel comfortable staying there to eat. I requested housekeeping for both days, but it was only completed on one of the two days. The room itself also needs some serious attention. The walls looked like they were in desperate need of repainting, and the shower curtain was ripped. However, the biggest issue—and the reason I would not stay here again—was finding a large roach in the bathtub. Thank God we were checking out that same day. We also found another roach outside our room. This hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness and sanitation!

The only thing is good about this motel is that it is cheap to stay for one night and its closeness to airport and gas stations. It is unmaintained and needs a lot of help in bathroom and overall. It smells musty and the floor looks not clean.
