The rooms are nice and functionally decorated. So they are not fancy but the lamps, bed, dressers, hard floors are all nice and work well. The lamps have USB and electrical outlets on them which comes in handy for plugging in your cell phone. There is a 3 foot tall refrigerator and microwave in the room which is very nice. Everything was very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The morning breakfast is good but not fancy. The driveway is awkward because it is shared with Jack-in-the-box next to it. There is a separate driveway next to it but you have to be careful that no one is pulling out of the Jack-in-the-box or is too close behind your car. The main problem with the hotel is its location. It sits on a busy corner and is only 100 feet from the I-5 freeway. So its noisy. I wore ear plugs and I thought it was still noisy but I'm a light sleeper. If you are a heavy sleeper this is probably a good deal but if not I would look for a hotel in a quieter location.

From the outside thought it would be not so nice but found a clean room and stay was good.

Stayed here for two nights absolutely amazing. Staff was so helpful and even helped us check in early. I would recommend this place 100% especially if you’re going to Universal Studios grab and go breakfast was a plus

We arrived around 6pm. Check in was 4pm. One of our 3 rooms wasn't ready but by the time we finished checking in, it was good to go! I didn't get the front desk lady's name but she was so helpful and kind. Actually, ALL staff were helpful and kind! For the price we paid, amenities were abundant. The free breakfast was organized and easy to find. The only thing I could complain about if I had to is the noise- however, a quick Google maps search showed me it was right by the 5 freeway ramp. So we expected the ruckus. Notes were also posted about additional noise due to construction. 10/10 would stay here again!!

The inside of the rooms are very clean and updated. The outside could use some updates but overall, I was happy with my stay.

Room was clean. Breakfast was just basic cereal fruit/coffee. No hot food

The hotel was ok but it was kind of annoying to reactivated the room card every time when I was out. Also vending machine wasn’t working well and wasn’t fully restocked.

I really liked the place and room we got. It was clean. The only thing was the breakfast was not what we expected. There was very limited choices and not really breakfast, more of a snack. Everything else was great.

The outside was a bit shabby. But the room was immaculate and spacious. Plenty of parking.

The floors were a bit dirty but everything else was fantastic except breakfast it wasn’t what we expected but it was okay.

It appeared that the rooms had neen recently redone. Very nicely appointed.

Coffee maker not working

El desayuno es pan dulce con café, cereal, manzana, yogurt. El hotel está fácil de llegar hay cerca un Walmart y enfrente esta un jack in the box

The Front Desk Attendant(Selina) was extremely Knowledgeable, and Friendly. She did an Awesome Job :)
