Quality Inn Burbank Airport

It was terrible nothing like the pictures super thin walls that u could hear the other people rooms conversation then sleep in the 2nd floor u could hear all the noise from the 3rd floor walking jumping couldn't sleep. Then forgot my wallet with my ID and bank card and money when checking out call right away when I found out they said they didn't found anything but then several minutes later they try to use it on the vending machine super rude clerk didn't help at all 100% not recommended

Hotel stay was great for a quick 1 day trip to LA for a Dodger game. The room, beds and bathroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly and informative. Thanks for great hospitality. Parking was a bit tight and only a few parking spots. Overall a great experience

The room was very clean, very organized.

The room was very nice. You could tell it had been upgraded. The breakfast was next to nothing and the area was so small that there wasn’t space for people to sit.

The staff and the complimentary finger breakfast was great! I just wish there was a noise barrier between us and the freeway and the darn airplanes. Good for the price. Exactly what we needed for a quick couple nights at Universal .front desk was very helpful in the morning and at night.

Worst cleaning and worst room

The room was beautiful and cleaned to perfection, front desk was so sweet about extra towels, even greeting us everytime we walked in or out. I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll be coming back.

Staff was curious. Need a guest bathroom for the lobby.

Nothing Staff and it wasn't a breakfast, it was just grab and go

I want to start off by saying that all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance staff was cordial and greeted us and other guests in passing. The front desk girls were always ready with a smile and helpful during the breakfast hours. The rooms were actually very nice inside. But I can’t say that about the outside. When we pulled up there were a few unhoused individuals lying down in the parking area. Let’s get to the pool and hot tub! Yikes! The water reeked of sulfur and chlorine. We got in thinking it was the outside air that smelled like sulfur but that wasn’t the case it was the pool. So we moved to the hot tub and that was even worse. The smell stayed on us after the shower which makes us believe it was the sewer system. I can’t give the lowest score because we did enjoy most of our stay and the staff was friendly and I wouldn’t want to mess that up for them. But buyer beware!

If a proper breakfast cannot be provided, it would be better not to offer one at all rather than serving food that may negatively affect guests' health during their travels. The quality of the breakfast does not match the otherwise positive experience with the rooms and staff, and it needs significant improvement.

The room was nasty, floor was sticky and room has a horrible scent. I didn’t get a shuttle or a taxi from the airport. Breakfast is was a frozen breakfast sandwich, fake orange juice, granola barre, cereal and fruit. They have Folders coffee and hot water for tea. It is not worth the cost. I paid $366 for two nights

The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. The TV took some getting used to but we weren't there for the TV exactly so no problem. The grab and go breakfast was decent and front desk staff was friendly. There is a small pool and spa too. Its in the top picks for our next stay.

I love this place, for a number of reasons such as Safe, clean, convenient and the staff, specially the front desk.

Very nice, very clean room. Comfy bed and pillows and plenty of towels. And the air conditioner worked very well. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Lots of traffic noise because it’s next to the freeway and on a very busy intersection. The outside of the property looks a bit rundown and could use some updating.

Was nice to take the kids to the pool and hot tub. Love the Jack in the box next door and a nice Mexican restraunt 2 blocks away. 15 min drive to universal.
