Great.

The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which was extremely loud and rattly, had an unpleasant smell, and we believe contributed to us becoming unwell. It was so disruptive that getting a decent night’s sleep was extremely difficult. The bathroom extraction fan also didn’t work at all. The pillows were so uncomfortable that we ended up buying replacements from Walmart just to try to sleep better, although the air conditioning continued to prevent this. The room door was poorly sealed, leaving gaps that could easily allow bugs inside. The fridge was also unusable as it froze everything placed inside it. The TV system was incredibly outdated and poor quality – it genuinely felt like something from the 1980s when switched on. The pool area looked dirty, tired and neglected and is desperately in need of cleaning and modernisation. Overall, the hotel feels badly in need of investment, maintenance and updating. However, what made the experience particularly disappointing was the lack of response or acknowledgement from management when these issues were raised. There were simply too many basic problems with the room and facilities to overlook. The only real positive was the convenient location, with easy access to the main tourist areas and attractions.

Love how close it is to Burbank airport and that they cover the Lyft to the airport. Rooms super clean.

The stay was fantastic.. Rooms were clean and staff was sooo helpful.. The secure parking and pool were an added bonus.. Pillows were flat but aren't they all..

I love the location in the rooms were excellent. The staff was also super helpful and welcoming.

Things that we didn’t like: No restaurants open for dinner nearby, very loud air conditioner in room, lumpy pillows

Room was clean and better than expected. Only thing is the AC unit is very loud and kept waking me up during the night .
