The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was more quiet than I expected given how close it is to the freeway. The pool was lovely. The room was clean and looked nice. The woman that helped me check in was very friendly and efficient. Great stay.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There is a fridge in room, but no microwave. Lots of freeway noise, but easy on/off freeway location and close to airport. Nothing fancy, but good if you need something near the airport.

The property is well maintained, the rooms are very good. The pool is good. The gym is of little use.

4th floor room was updated. It was really nice and the staff was friendly. Parking can be tough after 10pm and parking is very narrow. But the location is perfect right off the 5 super easy access and it felt pretty safe. It’s right next to the freeway so if you’re super sensitive to noise may not be for you but overall the sound was not too bad.

Water pressure was pretty weak. The snacks and drinks in the lobby have amusement park prices. They closed the pool too early every night.9pm. Everybody you talk to at the front desk about getting your room serviced with new towels has a different answer, depending on who you talk to.

Simply easy staff were friendly and approachable. They were clear explaining requirements. The place is accessible easily.

The staff were super great and incredibly kind and generous. Best part of the stay was definitely how nice and accommodating the front desk staff were! They were SO nice and helpful!

One of the ladies at night was nice to give me extra towels. The drawers were dusty. Normally the rooms I’ve stayed have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so I didn’t take my shampoo; this place only had tiny bottle of shampoo and their soap left my skin feeling dryer.

La vdd es que muy agusto el hotel …. Tiene una zona para los carros y bastante estacionamiento seguro …. Además de muy amables los empleados desde recepción y la gente de limpieza ….

Great stay as always

Overall, our stay at this hotel was okay. The property itself was nice, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with had a positive attitude. Our room was clean, spacious, and a good size, so I really have no complaints about the cleanliness or the service. The biggest downside for me was the location and the freeway noise. Our room faced the freeway, and unfortunately, we could clearly hear the traffic from our room throughout the day and all night long. You could constantly hear cars driving by, which made it difficult to fully relax and get a peaceful night's sleep. For some people, this may not be a big issue. If traffic noise doesn't bother you, this could actually be a good place to stay because the rooms are clean, spacious, and the staff provides good service. However, if you're a light sleeper or, like me, you really value peace and quiet when staying at a hotel, I would probably recommend looking somewhere else or at least requesting a room as far away from the freeway as possible. Overall, the hotel itself was fine and the staff did a good job. Unfortunately, the constant freeway noise was a major negative for me and would probably keep me from staying here again.
