But I would not recommend it. We stayed here and we showed up at noon. Early check in is at 2:30, so we asked if they could hold our bags until check in and the woman at the front desk threw her pen down and rolled her eyes at us. She asked us how many bags and when we told her 5 she said that’s too many and sighed and rolled her eyes again then told us to get them. We almost left then and got a different hotel. She was very rude any time we saw her and she was there every morning. The men that worked there were very polite and so nice and professional. *The elevators inspection expired in 05/2026 (It’s now October 2026) so we took the stairs up and down. *The freeway is very loud at night *Our shower pressure was very low. *There is no shampoo/conditioner provided. Just a bar of soap. *The floors were extremely dirty and blacked out feet immediately (they are lanolium. They were not mopped or swept. There was dust and crumbs everywhere). *Our in room refrigerator was broken. We came back to a huge puddle of water on the ground under it. We unplugged it and reported it but they didn’t do anything. *The parking lot is abysmal. The parking spots back up so closely to eachother that it’s almost impossible to get out unless you get a spot in the front (there’s like 8). We drove a Pacifica and it was VERY difficult to get in and out of the spots and was very frustrating. Do not stay here.

I already booked it to stay again soon, so that speaks about the experience. I would stay there, on short stays, again. Convenient location, easy to park, everything in the room is right. If Burbank is an acceptable area, this hotel is an acceptable choice.

Clean and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Everything was great

The staff at this hotel is so super friendly. The people at the check in desk are so nice. The property is very clean. And the rooms are spacious. The pool is great to have!

Convient to the freeway. Couch was not comfy, but works to what we needed it for.

The hotel was very convenient for a quick one night stay to see a show at the Pantages theater. I always appreciate a hotel that does not have carpeting. Despite the proximity to the freeway, it was not as loud as I anticipated. The refrigerator and coffee maker were welcome amenities. Perhaps best of all, the front desk arranged for a Lyft to take me to the Burbank airport in the morning and they covered the cost. Very friendly staff.

Exceptional

The room was spacious the air worked good. A little over priced for 1 night. The hotel itself is a bit run down. Needs some upgrades.

Using the complimentary LYFT ride to the airport was great. Staff was friendly. Property was clean.

Nice place to stay. Parking can be a problem if they are busy. Room was clean.

The elevator that was too close to the room impossible to go to sleep

I liked the pool and the cleanliness of the room. Parking is so compact. And small. It gets full fast. And my car was hit while staying there unfortunately.

Arrived to find out that the room we reserved was not available. The lady at front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We had to find a room somewhere else with everything nearby fully booked. We had booked and paid for this room for 2 nights but they said because there was a glitch in the system they couldn’t do anything to help.

Needed extra blanket. Was brought without delay. Very convenient location. Also ordered doordash and worked out great. Lots of good food choices. No restaurant onsite.

They don’t have coffee in the lobby in the morning. I had to get in my car and find a Starbucks. Dealbreaker!

Property was clean inside the business was clean and the room was clean. Beds were a little too soft for my taste. But besides that overall great stay.

The location was convenient since it’s close to the freeway, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. However, parking was terrible and pretty inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood also didn’t feel like the safest. Another thing I wish I had known beforehand is that room service needs to be ordered a day in advance, which wasn’t made very clear. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely a few things to keep in mind before booking.
