Room smelled like mildew. Had stained sheets. Microwave was not clean. Smelled rotten.

Unprofessional, lack of understanding, came across as many budget cuts were the results of them doing anything about the problems that were happening. Shower head leaked while showering to bathroom floor, kitchen sink had a hard time draining water, ac unit was leaking water, stained bathroom wall, hard time getting room cleaned by housekeeping, requested sheets to be replaced I had to make many calls to get them, room phone was not functional it was there for just display. Huge disappointment over all considering I had my child with me, I could change hotels because it was last min to make any changes.

The hotels needs to be updated and deep cleaned. It has a stuffy smell throughout. The elevator felt unsafe. The needing had not been changed and there was stains on the comforter. I would not stay here again.

Everything was unpleasant. From the stench of the hallway to feeling the bed springs on the bed to the cockroaches crawling the wall the next morning.

Once we got the room, the elevators going up seemed sketchy. Sounded and felt like it can break at any moment. The hallways smelled horrible. Once we got into our room, you had to call the front desk to get the kitchen amenities, which I did and waited for almost 2 hours for. Since it never came, I went down myself to get it. The shower had leftover hair from the previous occupant. Left over hair on the towels as well. The bed had 3 pillows which were all very flat which made me wake up with a sore neck each night. The kitchen utensils smelled even after cleaning them. Walls were so thin you can hear the neighbor arguing. Woke up with 2 bites (one on right arm, other on left ankles) on me which I’m assuming were bed bugs. I’ve stayed at an Extended Stay in the past which is why I chose another during this vacation. After this stay, I will no longer stay at another Extended Stay and will pay the extra dollars for another hotel with a kitchen.

Nothing The room had obvious water damage on the bottom of all walls and cabinets. There was a water leak , no one man’s the desk. Got no help. The hotel itself smells like cat pee

Staff was nice and accommodating. Property looked okay but it could be better. Too bad only one key card per room! No shampoos or conditioners offered in the room.

Dirty outdated rooms. Look nothing like the pictures on their website. Take your money elsewhere. People live in these units (smh). Will never stay here again. Staff isn't helpful either.

The front desk person was extremely nice and apologetic to how run down the property was. Hotel was rundown, slum hotel. The room was heavily outdated with unmatched furniture. There was no TV in the room and the AC didn’t work half the time. Police were circling every what seemed like every 30 minutes. Did not feel safe on property at all. This hotel needs a complete overhaul and update.

- Filthy carpet, walls + ceilings - Non-working elevator (halting repeatedly) - No luggage trolley available - Foul odors (front desk, hallways + hotel room) - Dismissive + unhelpful staff - A random man walking down the hallway in his underwear...?! HOTEL ROOM: - Carpet has numerous large stains - Several areas of worn-away carpet leaving open areas of wooden tack strips/nails - No way to avoid the dangerous nails coming up from the floor (My right foot has 3 puncture wounds from floor tacks) - Cigarette burn stains on every surface - Bathroom sink held up by 1 nail - Nicotine stains on every wall, ceiling, surface (even the smoke detector is covered with a layer of brown/orange nicotine stains (FYI: Supposed to be a NON-SMOKING room) - Non-working AC unit (Los Angeles County is in the midst of a High Heat Alert with temps 100° F) - Non-working light fixtures - Bathtub + sink appear to have been painted with Latex paint (and are peeling away in various spots) - Dripping faucets - Permanently stained towels + bedding - Filthy windows (screens ripped + filthy) - Door didn't lock properly Expedia + Extended Stay's sites show images of other properties...NOT the Burbank hotel (confirmed by hotel staff) = FALSE ADVERTISING!

Lots of noise at 2 am from the room above, sisters room's A/C was out of commission. Meh!

DO NOT STAY HERE! My family and I stayed here recently, and it was horrible. The first thing that I noticed was the awful smell in the elevators. It smelled stale and musty, and just bad. But the smell was so much worse in the hallway when I got out of the elevator, and very overpowering. When I got inside the room. it was so dirty and disgusting. The walls and headboard were filthy; the countertops were dusty and were not wiped down. I found hairs everywhere...and even worse, I found cockroaches. The showers were not cleaned...and the toilets and all sinks were clogged. The water barely even went down in the sinks, but the toilet water just went up and nearly spilled out. And the staff were so unprofessional, when I had first arrived, I waited there for about 10-15 minutes, and two people finally showed up just chatting together. Then they finally acknowledged me and checked me in. They were so unprofessional and rude. Outside in the parking lot, there were cigarette butts all over the floor and even a gold condom wrapper in the flower bed just off the concrete...so gross. I will never be staying here again; I should have just spent more money and booked somewhere else that is cleaner and nicer. Let my experience help you by not choosing this place.
