Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Burbank Airport

Ok, it is being renovated, and I will give the staff 5 stars for maintaining a helpful smile throughout. But the reality was that 1 of 2 elevators worked, 4 out of 5 washing machines were out of order, 1 of 2 burners in the kitchenette stovetop worked. Probably more, but that kind of set the tone. Its location was very convenient for the part of LA we were exploring so that was a plus. I'm sure that once it is all put together it will be a fine place. Sadly, that hadn't happened yet during our stay.

Nothing . Horrible place to book Room was nasty, moldy bathroom . Paint chipping . Scratched floors . Sheets and blanket was wet . Hallways were humid . The room was nothing what is on the application to view . We did not have a sofa bed for my daughter to sleep in . It was broken

the location and area were good. close to shopping and places to eat. close to freeway access. the facilities were run down and not maintained. i had to change rooms 3 times. 1) no working refrigerator. 2) TV and A/C not working properly. 3)Shower handle not working.

Staff were nice. Sheets were clean. Place is very noisy during late hours and early mornings. Saw a roach in kitchen and one in bathroom. Also one bed was so lopsided couldnt sleep on that side of bed.

Perfect location! Staff was really helpful and I felt safe. Nice area safe for solo travel.

Hey didn’t give me the room with the beds I reserved (why have a reservation if you’re not gonna keep it?) and the room they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke.

Walking distance to shopping center and close to freeway. Safe and great parking.

The hotel.is. nice. Has good amenities and not too crazy hotel guests. It is pricey then some other places but you pay for what you get.

Nothing. Filthy refrigerator- no shampoo, conditioner - these are all necesities Horrible parking. We waited for 3am until 5:45am to get a parking. All they say was, Goodluck from the employee. Change the rusty refrigerator !! The chip off floor is dangerous for elders.

The hotel is in terrible condition, everything is very old, needs renovation. The photos do not reflect reality.
