The staff was great, and the lobby is nice; however, the rooms do not match the lobby. I was expecting something much nicer; the rooms are outdated, my wallpaper was in need of being replaced as it had been cut up and glued back on the wall, ran out of toilet paper, only to realize later that there was, in fact, toilet paper hanging from the back of the door??? So not somewhere you would naturally look. The water pressure wasn't great, but neither was the temperature. I came for a conference and the center is sizeable, but there is only one set of bathrooms at the end in the corner. There should at least be a single stall on the other side. The wifi wasn't always great. The food at the restaurants was good and the service was great.

Close to airport

only issue was parking was not working had to make multiple trips to front desk to get in and out of parking lot. and water was out in the tower right now

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure with it being designated as an airport hotel. But it was surprisingly nice. The food options at both restaurants were actually so incredibly delicious. The cocktails were great at the bar. My kids loved the pool. Our room was nice and clean and had what we needed for our stay. So close to the airport you can pretty much walk to the terminal, otherwise there is a shuttle that gets you there in just a couple of minutes that runs all day long.

The hotel service is great from the shuttle drivers to the front desk to the onsite restaurant. The food is the restaurant is also good but I find it a little pricey ($9 for a side of fries). I f you have allergies or asthma I would pay attention to the A/C in the rooms. Not sure if it's a filter issue or what but every time I was in the room I would get stuffy and it was noticeable.

Staff was super nice and helpful my only complaint is the rooms it self not updated clean though just didn’t have USB charging . Ohhh another thing coffee machine was dirty did not end up using it.

We had a quick stay to catch an early flight. We were 36 hours into a long travel & the clean sheets, warm shower & great smelling soap was just what we needed for a great night sleep. I would recommend more than one serving of caffeinated coffee be provided in the room, but we were able to get several more at the front desk. It is only a ten minute walk to the airport but the shuttle was there when we walked out so we made it there in five. Great value - just what we needed.

Tony who checked us In was excellent. The concierge lounge was awesome. Comfortable beds. Generous supply of bathroom towels. Air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool the space well enough.

Easy access to Burbank airport

Its close to universal studio. I don’t like that we can hear the noise in the other room. The fridge inside the room its not even working good.

Extremely outdated for the price. Rooms have not been updated since the early 2000s. Cleanliness is something to be desired as areas often unseen to guests, behind the tv for example, have layers of dust caked onto them. I would not stay here again unless the price is comparable to that of a motel 6 as that is what you get for the money.

Super close to the airport, central location. Very easy to get around town. The room were nice,clean and very quiet. The food was great at the daily grill. We had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport so that was a nice touch. They do shuttles to universal studios but it does get full fast. Can’t say anything negative.

Nice place.

Rooms were very clean and service was excellent. Room met all our family's needs and hotel was close to all attractions that we wanted to see. Close to many different restaurants so you have many dining options. Also inside the hotel they have their own restaurant and also as Starbucks coffee place. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
