Kind of dirty. No soaps for the shower? Bed was hard and my back hurts now. Amenities are nice, but focusing on the essentials would be better.

The room felt very musty tbh

We left after the 1st night wanted to not even stay there, but we had no where to go. Felt unsafe and the hotel smelled of chemicals that made my kids feel sick. Everything needs updating. Stains in walls and night stands. The floors felt sticky and smell of marijuana came thru our vents.

Prepare for the kids to pull

The fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning just for it to be a

The outlook of the place was nice, service was ok, and it has a great location to get what you need in the vicinity. I got in my room and did the usual inspection though. Upon that, I found a dead roach this size of a nickel, hair all over the shower and base of toilet, and leftover residue from whatever the previous guest left behind on the counter.

I had a late check in. After hours there was a number to call...I called the number several times an the line was busy...Another guest heard music coming from the office & went back and knocked on the door. The person in the back then came and rolled the gate up & checked me in...Had the other guest not been there I would not have known what to do....

Stay at your own risk. Someone attempted to enter my room at 2am while I was sleeping. My door handle started moving slowly but luckily my deadbolt was engaged. I challenged them and they back off from the door. Extremely unsafe!

Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. Ran out of tissue needed more staff told us to go buy some from the store. Couldn’t get fresh towels from the house keeper because she didn’t want to. They don’t even have a plastic cup in the room if you wanted water. If your looking for some where to stay keep looking cause this was not it.

I understand there was a storm but every hotel nearby had power which i’m guessing is because of a generator. Also the fire alarm went off every night which was horrible and caused disturbance.
-
We showed up the hotel had no power, we were unable to access our rooms and had to sleep outside

Passable

The air conditioner was good and I prefer smaller pillows to gigantic pillows in other hotels. The furnishings were really old and did not work. No shampoo. The bed was hard and squeaked. Hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood and is dominated but long time stays.
-
There was one singular nice lady who worked there. She was at the front desk on my last day, young African American lady who was super nice. There was no effort to restore power for 3 ENTIRE DAYS. Lack of effort was obvious when nobody was even showing up to the lobby for work
