Great property in the middle of busy Burbank!

I like that I have a kitchen The toilet has black mold all around it. It’s not clean at all. They only gave me two pillows. There’s no appliances not even in the lobby. No one’s never at the front desk. One of the workers told me to go to the gas station and get a pot, which was really disrespectful because gas stations don’t sell pots. none of the employees were helpful.

I have stayed here twice now. This place will always be my go-to when I’m in Chicago. The rooms are clean. The property is clean. The property is near many stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would suggest asking for extra pillows or bring your own.

Friendly staff and great location to many things to do. Facilities if long stay. Bed was clean. Room floor and shower should've been cleaned.

Very clean room and a reasonable price. Stayed for 4 days. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We will come/stay again.

The Receptionist was Great

The room was clean and didn't smell like a fetid heathen pool of rotting corpses. It offered a full refrigerator, as well as a microwave and even a stove top burner to cook with. Overall pleasantly surprised given the price. The pillows for the bed were about as thick as typical cardboard. This didn't couple well with the flintstone bed (if you know you know). My sleep was not very restful due to having to constantly adjust my neck. In short, bring an extra pillow or two and if you prefer softer beds (I do not) you may want to look elsewhere.

Mold on top of the fridge. Hair all over the bathroom. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. I get that it’s a cheap place, but do better.

When I went to the front desk to ask for shampoo or conditioner, I was told that I had to PAY in order to get the shampoo or conditioner, which I was not going to do. I just used the soap bar, but it was a very horrible hotel experience. I was sleeping on a COT instead of an actual bed, which was very disappointing for someone with hotel experience. I was very unsatisfied with my stay overall, and I will not be coming back to this hotel. I did leave a review with the corporate office and am still waiting on a callback from them. Definitely do not recommend. At all. Ever. Period.

The room clean enough and staff was helpful. The room had a kitchenette but it was useless. There was not 1 kitchen item like a pot, pan, silverware or even a coffee maker. That was disappointing

I liked the price and that it was close to bus stops There was a horrendous smell every single day of the stay in the hallways and the bathroom also the fire alarm went off super early one morning and they didnt even offer late check out that day
