This hotel was absolutely filthy. And the room smelled so bad I had to keep the ac on to prevent from gagging. I paid for WiFi and it didn’t work. The staff refused to give us more than two towels and we paid for 4 people. Rude. Dirty. Smelled horrible.

Left after one night. Killed cockroach crawling across floor. Terrible hotel! Avoid!

Once I check in I never saw the staff again

Chairs in the room were in bad condition. Front desk was not helpful with addressing room conditions. We were told "new chairs would come in at the end of the month." We were checking out the next day. Also, room had an insect problem.

It was nice the staff was very friendly The room could have been cleaner the blinds was dirty the bathroom floor wasn’t very clean looks like the cleaning staff wiped it down quickly built up dirt in corners of the bathroom floor

We had a wonderful stay was very clean . Our room was perfect. Only thing is rooms with kitchens need coffee pots. But other then that we absolutely loved our stay..

no breakfast served and I had complaints several times about the people in the room above me with 4 kids Jumping, moving furniture, running all day until about 11:00 p.m. at night. Several people complaint too and that family should have been booked in a room on the lower level. I kept a headache and blood pressure up due to that noise. what I Complaint about in the above comment. Plus the hotel has roaches, I killed 2 in my 7 long days stay. I also had to clean the 2 queen bed platform that had dirt and crackers crumbs in the corners of both.

It was a solid hotel, price was good and close to airport. Like that the flooring is not carpet. I had female hair strand in the bathroom, but other than that it was cool.

I had a slow drain in the tub but that was my only complaint The tub drain

This is probably suitable for long stayers especially from within US. For Business travellers this place is quite far...not so clean..and you don't have anything provided at the hotel except for room and towels. Cleanliness Availability of support if needed (after hours)
