the staff is cold and unprofessional breakfast is 20 dollars. table light flickers and the only amenities were a gym…there’s a planet fitness right next to it so it’s pointless,would not recommend.

Don’t get fooled by the room rate; you’ll still have to pay to eat breakfast($18 a person) and $23 a night to park your car. Ridiculous!! I could have stayed elsewhere for a little bit more for the room and gotten free parking and breakfast! The hotel does offer an airport shuttle “but not on weekends.” How unhelpful!! And although there are fridges in the rooms, the only microwave is ONE in the lobby for everybody. I don’t like standing in the middle of the lobby with my family heating up food. Seems there is a catch to everything here! Will have to say bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean and proximity to the airport is good but you could stay closer; I’d check those properties out first.

Confident with this hotel. It was comfortable and has a good location. Had a minor problem that was resolved.

Front desk staff need some coaching on customer service. Being on your phone and helping customers get drinks from the hotel store is pretty unprofessional.

Clean very well maintained. Ivan was very friendly throughout the check in and out process. Breakfast was very good. Fresh and hot l. No complaints

when i checked in my room was not available immediately.

The parking was not free, $23 /24 hours. neighborhood was run down.

Everything was good except for poor to no wifi connection in our room. Staff was helpful to connect us at the front desk but once we’re back in the room he wifi disconnected and will not reconnect.

We also ended up on the wrong shuttle (along with other people) when we arrived. There is a Holiday Inn Express a mile away. Make sure you're taking the correct shuttle.

Be sure to make sure you’re at the right hotel as there are two on South Cicero only a few minutes from each other.

The one thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking, other than that it was good.
