Staff was pleasant to me and my service animal. The toiled overflowed as I was about to checkout and towels were stained. I let manager know. Other than that, no issues.

Do not stay here! There was no hot water throughout the whole building the night we stayed. We had the king size jacuzzi suite and there was mold in the bathroom all over the shower walls. There were bugs all over the room. Some kind of water bugs. The king size bed was hard and there was two pillows that was flat. It’s the worst place I have ever stayed in. Save your money! And Expedia was no help. No refund no consequences to the property

The person at the front desk was very friendly and made check in easy after a long flight. This hotel is in a really sketchy place, there were drugged out people hanging around the courtyard of the motel and my room had a used condom on the floor. I can't even make this up.

We checked in and were given a smoking room that smelled like pure cigarette smoke and had to be relocated because we registered for a non-smoking room. The room was basic, not deluxe; besides, it had a mirror on the ceiling above the bed. There was little to no water pressure in the shower and in the wash basin outside the bathroom. We also had an iffy room door that had a dent in it and did not close all the way without applying additional pressure to close. We also had to bring the remote back and get another one due to it not working with the TV in the room. We tried our best to make it work, but it was hard to enjoy the stay when we paid over $300 and felt unsafe; the water pressure was weak, rooms smelled like smoke, and some shady characters were walking in and around the space.

Cancel my reservation day before bad

The room was filthy and bug ridden. I am expecting a refund for the stay. I was not able to reach management to complain. The information provided went to a reservation system to book another stay. Attempting book another hotel resulted in a booking for the next day without being able to correct it. Not happy or satisfied with them or your site. Not staying there.

do not stay here i’m telling you. dirty rooms, centipedes, broken toilet, only three channels on the tv and one of them is p*rn. everything is gross. also uncharged me $200 when i got there saying there were no rooms when there was 20 rooms open i see with my own eyes.
