It was a good stay
-
Room was equipped with the minimum. Some of the walls were damaged. Thought it was overpriced for the few amenities it has. Included breakfast was limited to oatmeal and snack bars. Free parking was good but probably not worth the slightly abandoned state of the room for a long stay.

I was content with how nice the people were. To be honest, the hotel wasnt bad for the amount that you pay for a night. But I paid more than i shouldve because of a third party and it was pretty disappointing because I paid a LOT of mone. So i was expecting way more. Also there is breakfast but not any fresh breakfast. Overall the hotel isnt the worst but its not something i would recommend if you are visiting. Also they barely clean the hotel.

Rooms are not clean collider are messy wash are leaking water inside building pupils are smoking very hard to sleep whole night no good experience never come again in this building

It was close to the airport. Everything! This room has a fragrance like a candle was being burn before our arrival to cover the smell in the room and hallway. I’ve looked all over this room for a plug in and couldn’t find one. Something is giving off this loud smell to cover the real smell. It gave my entire family a migraine and an allergic reaction to this room. It’s dust on the walls. The pillows are flat on one bed. I had to sign a non smoking agreement and the second you walk on the second floor you can smell old smoke and weed. When you walk in the building there’s a hint of but the second and beyond is the horrible. What in the world! I was in the second floor and the first floor didn’t look like the second floor. Day and Night! This property needs serious upgrades. We open 1 window because of the strong overpower fragrance and it was the only window that had a screen and we had 3 windows. If you stand out of the hotel you will notice there’s a lot of windows open.

Staff was friendly and provided service with a smile! Nothing, would absolutely stay again

I did not intend to stay overnight in Chicago, but a missed flight connection required me to do so, thus I had a late booking at this hotel. The price was right as well as the closeness to the airport. The hotel is dated and worn BUT the room and bathroom were clean (although the rug too was worn), and the bed was comfortable. The reception clerk was matter-of-fact and was clear about the rules and breakfast ameneties, which I didn't have since my Uber pickup was at 3:30 am. I was grateful to him for advising that I book the Uber before I went to sleep. That worked out well.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time with a hotel. It was dirty. The carpet looked like it had been outside, the furniture inside the room was old and beat up the room had a foul smell to it.
-
The room was adequate and location was good. Easy to get on and off the freeway.
-
breakfast and coffee were bad coffee bitter
-
The breakfast included is good and coffee also there are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. No hottub or pool
-
There was no breakfast
-
Very clean and staff were accommodating
-
The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, nor did the bathtub have a stopper to fill it up. I reached out to the person at the front desk; she was nice, but she couldn't find one for the tub.

The staff Nothing
-
The desk attendant was immediately VERY rude during the check in process. Additionally, a few of my new “clean” towels had black hairs on them, so I went to the front desk to ask for replacement towels and the attendant rudely replies “you need to bring the other towels we are replacing to me” so I walked back to the room to get the 2 “dirty” towels . I also had an issue with the power circuit breaker going out , I called to have it resolved and the gentleman that came started interrogating me on “what I touched” like I was a child. I let him know I had not touched any of the things he pointed out and he simply replied “well don’t”. I felt like EVERY employee there hated their job and customers . Why be is a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry if you’re going to hate dealing with customers. The only reason I picked this hotel was because it was close to the venue of a music festival that my son was attending. I would NEVER recommend otherwise .

The hotel was quiet and secure. The staff were very rude and the hotel room was gross.
-
My room was disgusting. The shower was clean full of dirt & hair. Whole room was trifling only think clean was the linen. Everything need to be upgraded
-
The front desk is rude, asking confirmation number, all I can find is itinerary number.
-
Room had not been made up. The mattress had no bedding whatsoever, 3 pillows without covers, dirty toilet with toilet paper in the bowl, no towels, tissues, soap, or shower curtain. Dirty fridge - I didn't look in the microwave. No water, cups or containers - nothing!
