Functional, neat clean and courteous staff. That is all I need at a hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and a movie theater across the street. Staff was friendly, room and property were clean and it was quiet.

Great set up. Loved the amenities.

This is my go to Hotel chain when traveling now. Great modern rooms. nice complimentary breakfast with more than your typical options. Friendly staff.

First, the listing mentions "streaming services" under amenities, but it would be helpful to know which services are offered. We missed a major playoff basketball game because it was broadcasting on Prime, and the room TVs didn't have the app. Second, there is no microwave in the room. The only microwave available to guests is located in the lobby directly next to the front desk. Having to heat up meals right where everyone is checking in with their luggage is incredibly awkward. My husband food preps, and we felt terrible heating up his fish dinner right in front of a crowd of guests standing 10 feet away. A standard in-room microwave would completely solve this. We were in town for an event, and this hotel was great for a one night stay. If I ever needed to stay in Burlington, NJ again, I’d likely choose this hotel, but I’d bring a firestick and plan to eat lunch and dinner out.

First time staying over at this Tru hotel by Hilton. Close to family and will likely stay again later this summer. It’s a new hotel and usually I stay at the nearby Hilton garden inn or closer to Marlon or Mt Laurel. Very convenient to NJ Turnpike and 295

Walls extremely thin. Downstairs could hear every move my child made and complained. I could hear everything my neighbor said and did. I was near ice machine so that was something that came through walls all night. For some reason air unit was very loud it would click on and off at night making us jump. Newer hotel so odd we had white towels with stains. I went to get 24hr coffee a few times it was empty. I am missing an iPhone charger after being gone all day. Staff was nice enough I can’t say anyone really went above and beyond for us. Especially seeing a mother and small child on Mother’s Day weekend. Most of the front staff was very nice. A few didn’t speak at all. That’s my honest review.

Everything was great. Only reason I gave them. 4 stars was because the day I checked in their system went down and they could not make key cards. I have to wait for someone to let me into the room.

Seems like a brand new hotel. Very clean and modern. Love the common areas in the lobby for hanging out. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
