Type of guests that were also staying there (not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning because it does affect the experience of your stay), were obviously used to staying in low quality, budget type of hotels/motels. The group staying in the room next to us and 1 room over from them, were together and had at least 6 kids running and screaming in the hallway, and going back and forth between the 2 rooms and slamming doors while the adults were in the rooms just having a conversation and ignoring the kids. Also, many hallways smelled like pot and right around our room smelled strongly of Indian food. Definitely overpriced, even though the outdoor pool was nice.

Our shower did not work, said it would be repaired: never fixed, asked for housekeeping, never came: terrible place to go. Will never stay there again. Terrible terrible terrible

First off the woman who was at the front desk in the evening is wonderful what a sweet woman and nothing there is a reflection on her. But the whole place was terrible not clean not taken care of. Even the toilet seat was chipped up the tub also patched up walls that they did not get a professional to do oh and no blankets a sheet and something called a summer blanket but it was just another sheet I asked for blankets at the front desk they don’t even have any They only gave us 2 towels so wet had to get more they never serviced the room and go eat at the Cracker Barrel if you want breakfast it was terrible we were visiting family so we weren’t there but to sleep it was 2 nights we were in and out but we travel quite a bit and I’ve never seen anything like this oh no stopper in the sink and the lights in the bathroom made everything look a yellow green color weird

The first time I stayed there I was not happy our room was not clean we did not have clean towels nor was there even any toilet paper in the room the only good part was that my kids got free breakfast and got to swim the second time I stayed there the room was much better much cleaner and the service was much better

Stayed here for two nights and didn't like it very much , the couch was very dirty . The room had a weird smell, the walls in the tub were dirty , and the ac was leaking a lot of water! I would not stay here again unless it’s a last option . However the pool was nice .

Yikessss we were booked for two nights, left after the first night it was grosss!! Here are some pictures. There was a used wash cloth in the shower when I went to go shower, the doors and walls were so thin we could hear every word of every conversation and the music and it was just flat out dirty! Do not recommend… they did refund the second night tho so that was good

I love the lady on the front desk so helpful and nice I been in this hotel a couple times that my son now loves her I really recommend this place and their pool it’s clean and we love it.

The property needs an upgrade; the bathroom shower was chipped and corroded, and the bed sheets were old and felt rough. The floors needed a good sweeping. Breakfast was not what you expected—just dry cereal and milk, coffee, and toast, but the toaster was broken. There were no eggs, oatmeal, or sausage. Staff were friendly.

If you don’t mind a dirty hotel black mold in the bathroom this is your place if you would like to stay at a super clean hotel this is not your place

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever booked. I ended up leaving. I only stayed there long enough to call around and book another hotel black mold all over the walls in the bathroom disgusting walls in the shower. It was cracked even the elevators were dirty.
