Tub was disgusting the whole place had an odd odor to it

The accommodation was overall okay. Staff were welcoming and professional. However, it seemed some reorganizing was taking place. On my floor there were about a dozen chairs piled up at the elevators, but they didn’t effect the use of the elevators. Unfortunately, my air conditioner was no functioning - just blowing air. And on the flip side, the refrigerator was too cold (my beverages were nearly frozen solid. Regardless, I managed, and will likely stay there again.

The property is right next to a Cracker Barrel, so that’s a plus! The staff said it wasn’t pool season and that’s why it was closed. It was June 29th. The gym had no treadmill and the shower in our room had mold in it. So over all not one of my favorite stays unfortunately.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, but ended up checking out early. We checked in late at night, and went to the room. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness and asked the front desk for a new room. Unfortunately the new room was just as filthy. Aside from the cleanliness, the pictures were thrown on the wall and lamps were balancing on the side of the tv stand. We had no choice but to stay the night because we were traveling with children and it was already 11 pm. I would suggest not staying here if you have a choice. We checked out the next morning and will never be back.

It was in a great location and some of the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was extremely limited. The room was updated. The bathroom was not and had lots of mold. We had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub. It was very nasty and looked it had been barely cleaned in months. It is clear they are doing renovations but even if the bathrooms are not updated they should at least be clean.

They have a pool but its not open, they have a fitness center as a storage closet and no equipment breakfast no so good stain bathtub floor

The hotel is showing it's age. I think the owners and/or their extended family live and work on the premises, but I don't know for sure. Maintenance is shoddy at best and the amenities did not match the pictures on the website. The pool was cloudy and unusable, breakfast was a disappointment, and the gym was being used for storage. Our room had trash under the bed from previous visitors and there were plumbing parts left in our shower. The sofa sleeper had stained cushions and the bathroom needed new caulking. I know you get what you pay for, and that's true in this situation. But the staff was very helpful and friendly, they did their best to accommodate our needs as we asked for additional towels and bedding. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned because they won't service your room unless you request them to. We had originally planned to stay there for 8 days but cut our visit short. My wife and I, as well as our 2 sons, crowded into my sisters house instead. We had hot breakfasts and the floor was more comfortable than the sofa sleeper for my sons. It was like staying at a relatives house, a little messy but mostly clean.

A/C was ok. Room need some work, Door safety lock looks like it was broken into before, screw ripped out.

I enjoyed my stay. This is a good hotel.

Signs in the lobby indicated that the facility was smoke free but the lobby and the first room assigned on the second floor was smoky and wreaked of marijuana. The bathtub was dirty, the air conditioner did not work, and telephone in the room was broke. The second room assigned on the third floor was a little better. My family had to place a towel in the bathtub before showering because tub was dirty. There were a lot of people staying in one room on the second floor. It appeared that the group lived at the hotel. The group was very noisy and loud late in the evening and early in the morning. Based on my experience last weekend, I would not recommend this hotel to a family member or friends.

The room had a bad odor, there were only tiny shampoo/soap, only a couple towels and pillows, the wall paint was peeling, the breakfast was very limited (not even drinkable coffee), and the pool was not open. It was very noisy as well (thin walls). The only perk was the Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. Would not stay again with the kids.

My one complaint is that when we checked in, they required a $100 deposit for "incidentals". The gentleman assured us we would get all of it credited back when we checked out, which did not make sense to ask for it in the first place. I also felt that should have been explained before I paid for the reservation, and it was too late get a refund. In the end, I balked enough that the deposit requirement was dropped.
