Clean room and friendly staff and housekeeping.

Nice, quiet and clean

Check in clerk was on a personal call the entire time and actively conversing with her phone call on speaker the duration of check in. They didn’t have our correct room and she refused basic assistance. Misinformation on the website about EV charger.

Everything was good

The entire place smelt like smoke and it claims it's nonsmoking. There was a burn mark in our bedding, the toilet seat was broken and numerous bugs in our room.

Homeless living in the reception area. Black mould in the rooms we got sick from staying there for 2 nights.

They require deposit which was not returned

Didn't like anything the hotel was outdated parking lot you could break a leg in. Cars on jacks cat boxes though out cigarette butts laying all over the entrance.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff on duty was super helpful when I expressed my concern and rectified it immediately.

I love this place. This place was very clean. I really love everything about this place. I will definitely book it again.

Not friendly., 1 working outlet in the room. Not well maintained toilet paper was not filled for new check in. Two used rolls in the room.

Rooms were deplorable and homeless people living in the lobby. Do not stay here!!!

Staff had their faces glued to their phones. The whole facility had a foul smell to it. Our comforter had cigarette -burn holes in it. The bathroom in our room locked from the outside. Every piece of equipment in the fitness center was broken. And it looked like there had been people sleeping in the reception area the entire weekend. Would not stay there again/would not recommend.

Nothing !!! Everything- I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before. We had no soap, no tissues, no A/C during the night, no ice. The sink did not drain until we had it fixed, the TV was unplugged (i.e. would not turn on when we first arrived). The walls are paper thin and we heard people talking past 3 AM both nights we were there. It appeared that there were people living in the front lobby.

They give me the wrong room and they said they were sold out never again

I liked nothing. Looked like a Homeless camp at the front desk. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor. The hair dryer doesn't work and bathroom fixtures were rusted. Mold on the walls and the room stunk. Only stayed because it was our only choice will never stay at this shit hole or any other red roof anywhere. Everything

We walked into the room after checking in and walking through the unvacuumed halls and there were beetles and insects everywhere, what looked like cockroaches. We asked for a different room with was reluctantly given to us by the front desk attendant who was watching tik tok or reels on her phone while trying to assist us. The second room was no better and was infested as well. We left and and didn't stay there for the night. They cashed by incidental money of $100 and now i can't even get through to the front desk for a refund. The phone rings and nothing for 2 days now. I called Red roof inn main line and they tell me the front desk is the only one who can issue a refund. I like 6 hours away.
