Staff is helpful rest everything is worst.

I liked the space in my room There was no elevators. Place seemed a little ghetto. And didn’t see staff the entire time there!
-
Location Smelled, dirty, slippery floors, lack of furniture in rooms, rude staff, rip off
-
It was close to highway, stores, and restaurants. The elevator was not working
-
I could stay What's said and heard

Where can I get my money back??? And they’re asking for a $100 deposit. For what?? Start by ordering pest control and cleaning your rooms, then ask for a deposit. Not recommended at all.

Price A little ragged inside and out!
-
Rooms were deplorable and homeless people living in the lobby. Do not stay here!!!

Staff had their faces glued to their phones. The whole facility had a foul smell to it. Our comforter had cigarette -burn holes in it. The bathroom in our room locked from the outside. Every piece of equipment in the fitness center was broken. And it looked like there had been people sleeping in the reception area the entire weekend. Would not stay there again/would not recommend.

Nothing !!! Everything- I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before. We had no soap, no tissues, no A/C during the night, no ice. The sink did not drain until we had it fixed, the TV was unplugged (i.e. would not turn on when we first arrived). The walls are paper thin and we heard people talking past 3 AM both nights we were there. It appeared that there were people living in the front lobby.

They give me the wrong room and they said they were sold out never again

I liked nothing. Looked like a Homeless camp at the front desk. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor. The hair dryer doesn't work and bathroom fixtures were rusted. Mold on the walls and the room stunk. Only stayed because it was our only choice will never stay at this shit hole or any other red roof anywhere. Everything

It was ok. Very ghetto by the way but ok

We walked into the room after checking in and walking through the unvacuumed halls and there were beetles and insects everywhere, what looked like cockroaches. We asked for a different room with was reluctantly given to us by the front desk attendant who was watching tik tok or reels on her phone while trying to assist us. The second room was no better and was infested as well. We left and and didn't stay there for the night. They cashed by incidental money of $100 and now i can't even get through to the front desk for a refund. The phone rings and nothing for 2 days now. I called Red roof inn main line and they tell me the front desk is the only one who can issue a refund. I like 6 hours away.

Clean room. Helpful staff
-
EverythIng was very relaxed and the area was good to get around
-
King bed Shower: shower gel, shampoo & conditioner bottles were all empty, slippery floor, loose faucet. Unclean parking lot and surrounding area. The room was without human touch or feeling.

No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above. Im still considering reviews of Expedia with photos on Yelp, Tripadviser, and Google

When I first walked into the hotel- I immediately felt uncomfortable because their were multiple people that looked seedy sitting in the lobby. I checked in and the person by the counter informed me it would be $100 deposit for a cheap hotel room. I think it's more than A LITTLE ridiculous to charge that high a room deposit for a property that's falling apart and smelled. When I got to my room I was glad it was clean because the room REAKED of bleach and cleaning products. The a/c unit in my room barely kept my room cold for the evening and any time I walked out to my car the person at the front desk kept giving me dirty looks. Needless to say- I padlocked my door for the evening because I didn't feel safe. The hallways smelled like cigarettes even though the hotel advertised it as a non-smoking hotel. People were outside smoking in front of the doors and as a non-smoker I was inhaling second hand smoke. Needless to say- I will find other options in the future.
