Baymont by Wyndham Westampton

Very poorly maintained facility. Reserved a non-smoking room, and it completely reeked of smoke the moment you walked in the door. Also had to endure the constant weed smell that was consuming of the entire room. There were very prominent stains on the side of the mattress cover as well as burn holes in the blanket. Breakfast was very sparse with limited choices.

Breakfast consisted of only cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Not much of a breakfast

This is not a Wyndham by any stretch of the imagination. The beds in the double occupancy rooms are just over the size of single beds. The paint is peeling off the walls, the carpets are disgusting and smell horrible. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke. The towels we were given were stained and dirty.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. That was the best part of our stay. Breakfast left much to be desired. They had a self serve waffle station but besides that, options were limited. They would put 2-3 apples, bagels, or yogurts out at a time. There was coffee and a juice machine. It would have been nice if fresh water was available. It was clean but poorly maintained. The room AC emitted a terrible smell on and off, the whole building was humid, everything was run down especially the bathroom shower in our room, and we had ants in our room between the beds. I let staff know about the AC and ants and they addressed both right away. The AC worked well for the next day of our stay but was back to needing maintenance the last day. The towels were stained and felt as if they were drenched in fabric softener. They just smeared the water around and were not very absorbent. I am not sure why or how they were so stained. Overall it was fine for a place to crash but I will not be staying there again.

The noise with total disregard for the customers on the first floor. Very loud noice with Ghetto like impression. I will not return again

This hotel is outdated and appeared dirty. We almost changed hotels and ate the cost. The floors were visibly dirty with something sticky and the remote was also sticky. I would not stay here again

Cleanroom was all I ask and it was perfect and I felt so comfortable like I cleaned and sanitized the room myself. I left a tip for housekeeping to say Thank you!

We did not even stay the night at the hotel

the staff was friendly but the room 116 had issues; the shower had 8 places that hold shelves but no shelves, also it was stained and in disrepair. there was no ice bucket, the breakfast was very sparce. They offered to make up the room but never did. the TV had a loose connection, so it kept going out. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. there were a number of electrical sockets so that was also a plus. The room needs to be updated and if they have updated rooms then this would be fine to stay and Cracker Barrel is right outside so you can get a good breakfast there. Again, the staff was nice, but they did say they would take care of some things and some of which were not done, we stayed 3 nights. Our experience may have been due to a room falling apart and not used much so they did not have the ice bucket or other things in the room, I can not speak for other rooms in the place.

good place, you get what you pay for. Great for just having a place to sleep, as there is nothing to do in site. There is an applebees next door which is a good alternative for a late dinner.

Could have been cleaner. Visible dirt. Toilet seat was stained and should have been replaced. Shower curtain appeared dirty. Hairs were all over the bathroom and towels. Staff was attentive.

It’s not fancy but the people who work there are very nice and helpful. I used the gym and to go breakfast. Room was clean

This is an extremely rundown party hotel. As I walked in a group of people were arguing loudly in front of the entrance, then I was greeted with a locked glass enclosed reception desk and signs saying the place was under video surveillance. That felt necessary. It felt dangerous. I was told that the motel was non-smoking, but as I walked down the hallway which was somewhere between a Motel 6 and a prison, I could smell smoke— pot, cigarette, and incense —coming from almost every room. There was a young person hanging out on a rolling chair at the end of the hallway and people hanging out on the other side of every exit door. I went into my room, which was run-down and smelled like smoke, and could clearly hear the TV blaring from next-door and people shouting. I got the hell of there and went to another hotel. I had been driving for 10 hours and my back was screaming, not much would have convinced me to get back in the car. But this hotel did. Kudos. If you want a party pad with thin walls where you can be as loud as you want, this is your place.

Tv didn,T work, plugs in bathroom didn,T work. Had to change rooms, not much better. Breakfast was a joke, no eggs no sausage only waffles and a few biscuits, total joke. We will never be back.
