Was not happy at all this time bathroom had no shampoo or soap or anything like that body soap the person I took with me to share a room with. She went out one night and came back and they wouldn't let her back into the room they had to call me and wake me up so no I wasn't very happy with our room this year.

The pictures were a bit deceiving… we thought the place was more modern and lively…. It was an ok stay but nothing we would stay at again

Nothing We’ve stayed here before. Stayed again for the indoor pool. This time the water was very cold. Very disappointing. The pool was the reason we came back to this hotel. My 2.5 yr old grandson wanted to swim but it was way too cold. My other big complaint was the sheets were so beat up they had those little balls all over them. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep. The pillows were completely flat. Even the appearance of the bed when we walked in. The blanket had many pulls all over it. You’d think for over $200/ night you could at least get some decent linens. I’ve stayed there a couple times prior but I I will never go back there again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. This place is in serious need of renovations. The climate control unit was so old it was held together this duct tape. It was incredibly loud and the “fix” was just more duct tape. The light fixtures were rusty, chair dirty and stained, bedspreads and curtains tattered with loose threads, tub stopper broken, sink dripping. It was clean, but that’s about all I can say for it. I didn’t have breakfast.

Our stay was brief but the facility was clean and convenient for our travel circumstances. The staff were friendly and helpful and the parking seemed safe. Wish breakfast was a bit more clear as to included or not... but otherwise great! If I'm going to pay extra for a breakfast buffet this one was above average.

The area was acceptable. The breakfast was thirteen dollars per person the room had containers that were refillable but our containers only had maybe a quarter of product in them. The a/c wall pack was duct taped together and the vent cover was cracked into pieces and the condensing unit was dirty so that when we turned it on it smelled the room up and caused allergies to act up. The shower would not turn off completely so you hear the drip during your stay and the flapper in the toilet needed replacing.

Was 100$ more than previous night in hotel, and did not include breakfast. Property was ok, showings its age. The room tv was as good as you would find in any 2 star hotel, old and horrible image. Room air conditioning was weak at best, mattresses were due.

It was likely a “leftover” room. Entering Everything was functional but the blinds were a bit off of the track and the hvac cover was damaged. Other than that everything was fine. I checked in late and appreciated the later check out tile
