Front desk clerk is robotic with no personality. Holiday Inn customer service said it would be $25 extra for our dog when I called. Then when we showed up, front desk clerks said it was $75. Room and property is very clean and quiet. But it will take you an hour to figure out how to get the TV to work with the remote. They have a great breakfast set up. And it’s very close to an Applebee’s restaurant. We live locally and only stayed here because our air-conditioning system went out. But for the rate that is charged, we would stay in a much nicer property.

Clean room, nice facility had to give a security deposit of $100 that will be returned 10 days after we depart

Room was updated and clean for the most part. Behind the beds need to be vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned as there was food from a previous guest when I checked the mattresses.

Room looked newly refurbished from the last stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast very good quality.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and the ice machine still hasn't been fixed. Too many out of order things at this hotel.
