Great location if you want to be near Lake Champlain and the Church Street Marketplace. Staff excededingly helpful and nice.

They charge $16 for self parking in the garage or $26 for valet in the same garage. The garage itself only charges $12 for the same time period. That's a little scammy.

The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the lake. The hotel was in the middle of a conversion to a different name, so some signage was confusing and some amenities were not available, but to be fair that’s temporary. Location is convenient to Church Street and the waterfront.
