Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-Burr Ridge

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We had our 1 year old dog with us. There was a lot of grass and a very nice wooded park across the street for walking him. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. It's located right on the I-55 and accessible through all different routes.

This hotel was Beautiful and so clean! I wish I had of had more time to spend here and enjoy it!

More convenient than downtown Chicago

The woman in charge of front desk the morning we checked out was unprofessional. This person was eating something and chewing while talking. We did enjoyed our cleaned room and comfortable beds.

Will definitely stay there again!

Very good

The room ceiling was leaking. Drywall peeling at seams in softit with water damage. Took them 2.5 days to get a light bulb for the desk lamp. Finally the housekeeper just took another bulb from the room next door so I could work.

Great breakfast, and spacious dining area. Clean and bright hotel. The fitness center was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was often away from the desk. We had to wait 15 minutes when we checked in for someone to appear. We were tired and it was frustrating. Other than that, it was a great hotel and we highly recommend it. There are some nice parks with trails. behind the hotel for walking or to take young children. Very safe neighborhood with a large grocery store, restaurants, and shops within 5 minute of hotel.
