Very friendly staff and overall property was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom could’ve used a little updating

I stay here every year when I do the art festival in town. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great indoor pool. Really good bar/restaurant. Located on old Route 66.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Good location close to all my activities

The person who checked in before me came back to the desk to say that the room they gave him was not clean and had someone else's old takeout trash on the desk. The carpet in the halls was stained. The elevator carpet looked like the floor of a garage. There was a large hole in the wall (5' by 5') that was covered with a drape and made to look like an instagram posing place - but you could still see the hole in the wall.... The thermostat in the room was broken, but you could still control the AC on the unit. The bed was clean. The wooden door to the bathroom was rotting on the bottom due to water damage. The windows only have sheers, so you are literally on display to the back parking lot. In the morning (Sunday) I was woken up at 8 by someone preaching and full volume in the room two doors down. Maybe he was preaching to a zoom church? INSANE. Bottom line, this place is gross. GROSS, and I had to pay more than I would have for a 4 star hotel. AVOID.

The toilet was an issue. It clogged up multiple times. Upon letting front desk know he handed me the plunger. I said I think it's broken, it's been an issue the whole time. He said maintenance wasn't on at that time (understandable it was 9pm) zero follow up, I plunged and it was fine as we checked out the next morning. Positives: Very clean, location is safe and in a nice area, bar & gym & indoor pool were very enjoyable as well. Seriously the only negative for us was the plunger 😂

The rooms were clean and smelled very good from the moment we walked in. The shower was nice; however, the tub floor is slippery. It would be nice to have something put down to prevent slips. The staff that we encountered were welcoming and very friendly. If you do not have breakfast included in the price of your room and decide to have it while there, it is quite costly to purchase. The pool is heated and the fitness room is modern and energizing. The hotel is in a quiet, inviting location.

Located very near several restaurants. Staff helpful. Breakfast needs fresh fruit and gluten free options. The hot water took forever.

A fire alarm going off...

We were only there one night but the pool was perfect and it was quiet.

Front desk so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean cool and fresh! Rooms amazing and clean. Shower was luxurious. Great value!

Rooms were filthy. We asked for them to be cleaned multiple times and no response.
