The rooms very clean and beautiful, from the time we entered the hotel we were amazed at the elegance . The staff very helpful and friendly . I was thinking I was down town Chicago telling the place so grand . The room so clean and sharp , big and bed so comfortable . Even the guess were speaking and friendly to each other and the bar area so nice . Am sure will will be back for another stay . Highly recommended enjoy 😉👏

Breakfast kitchen staff labels are wrong, be aware. We personally asked if the “veggie frittata” had any meat in it because we noticed meat and the chef himself said no, then when confronted he said oh yeah it’s turkey bacon. The bathtub in the room was disturbingly dirty and needed to be replaced not just cleaned, had to move rooms. Manager was nice and so was one of the front desk girls but the other one (African A.) was so rude to my child. The manager promised free snacks because of what we encountered and she responded to my son “no, we don’t do that here and made him pay” then when I called and spoke to a male front desk person he said let me call the manager and I’ll get back to you… welp, no getting back to me. Nonetheless, would never book at this hotel again. Bad service from some people and not worth the headache.

The hotel seems remodeled but has not been taken care of. They messed up our reservation and send us to a room with people in it (that was awkward). The. The next room we got was not cleaned properly (unfortunately we arrived late and sleeping was a priority than complaining about the state of the room). I think is overpriced, I wouldn't stay here again

Need a handicapped accessible room next time. Met our request for a first floor room that was much appreciated.

Had to pay extra for breakfast if you wanted it. Pool covered so no sun if you wanted it. Beer at bar expensive. Lighting in room dim especially when you open door next to full length mirror.

An older hotel that was maintained ok.

The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice place staff is very friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and updated. The elevation could use an update. It’s a little noisy due to it being off the highway. Over all we had a good straw and enjoyed the hotel
