Econo Lodge Willowbrook

It’s an older location and needs some updates. Not all of the lights worked in the room and tv was only usable directly from the tv (remote did not work). That said, the service was good, staff were attentive and friendly.

Clean room and plenty of parking

Staff was helpful, friendly but the place is quite run down. I would choose another hotel.

There were dead cockroaches on the floor in all 3 rooms there was a huge stain on the beds in 2 of the rooms. instructed our employees to get a different hotel and they did. Would like to be reimbursed for the rooms. I do have pictures.

The shower was almost falling off, and the water pressure was extremely low. The bathtub was clogged, and the water was draining very slowly. We stayed here as a last minute resources as we lost power at home due to the Monday's storms.

There was only one small roach in our room on the last day, I killed him/her. The floor was sticky and there were spots on bed linen. We cleaned the floor by ourselves, but forgot that we need to have our own bed linen for such hotels. All other things are OK. Our dog liked the room.

My stay was excellent; the staff was very friendly at all times, and the rooms were very clean. I really liked it.

Parking was excellent, close to my conferences. Dell Rheas chicken basket was around the corner. Route 66 landmark food and service was outstanding!!

Everything was good except the pool wasn't open that would of been awesome. Overall I would go back .💯

Honestly this is a great place to stay for a weekend vacation in Chicago. We were close to everything and anything. We were in a very safe area in Willowbrook! it is a great city, very beautiful. Econo lodge did not disappoint either, is there some dated things about the room yeah. However it was very clean and there were no bugs which is hard to find nowadays! I will forever come back, Thank you Econo lodge for having me and my mother.

Most disgusting place I've stayed at. Please just spend the extra money and book somewhere else. Im not a picky person whatsoever but this was just horrible. Literally, my room was full of flies as soon as I got there.

Alright, some mold problems

It’s ok, but low end. Noise travels easily there.

Parking was free, no ice machine, top blankets felt more like a curtain than a blanket
