A disaster. Don’t go here! The property was shut down for construction and closed. However, we received an email one day before arriving there welcoming us to the property. So just imagine our plight and frustration when we arrived here after driving for eight hours from Toronto and finding the property shut down with no one there to pick up our phone or answer to us.

Nothing. THE HOTEL WAS NOT OPEN. It’s been closed down for TWO YEARS. We drove 8 hours and arrived to find the hotel boarded up and closed.

Hotel was closed down, no notification to incoming guests, horrible communication! Everything!

They are closed and yet still allowed me to not only make a reservation but I was sent a check in email and this morning a check out email. All because I checked in online before I knew they were closed.

About what I expected They didn't have conditioner which is normally supplied had to go buy my own and there was a coffee pot but no cups or supplies couldn't tell you what was splattered on the bathroom walls but can guess it wasn't something I wanted to touch

Location. Location is good, super old, dirty, sticky also they charged my credit card twice and now waiting to get y money back. Of course up to 3 business days.

Did not get the room I booked on booking it was occupied when I got there My room smelled like curry and weed The elevator was broken so not only did I not get an accessible room I had to haul my bags up stairs Beyond the heaters racket my room was near or next to a bar or club or something because there was also music blaring all night....

Did not have breakfast. Location is good for me but exiting hotel is confusing. Temp was low 40’s and there was snow/slush/water/ice in parking lot. Lousy , if any, snow removal. No excuse for this; none. No other buildings nearby where I went had it. Very aggravating.

I was loaded with my things and the elevator wasn't working to go to my floor and when I got to the room the carpet was very dirty, I have been staying in other La Quintas and the places were more cleaned. Bathroom and bed were cleaned and that is always a plus, but the floor made me uncomfortable.

The concierre was very rude and condescending and In all honesty, may my stay hard. The conveniency. It was located around my job so moving around was simple.

Location is good Breakfast was cold and very little. The Wi-Fi is terrible it comes on and goes off

The sheets were clean, and the breakfast is good value for money. The hotel really needs updating, the carpets in the rooms look really dirty and old. It smells very damp in general as well as the curtains. The reception staff is not very friendly.

Nothing. This place was awful. The room was not clean, I asked for cleaning which never got done, the guy at the desk offered to give me sheets and towels and clean the room myself, terrible. I'll never stay again. Also the pictures are misleading.
