The employees are very friendly and very clean rooms 10/10

This motel is NOT close to Chicago or the train lines! You will need lots of Uber or cab or Lyft rides (or a car). There were six different lights in the room. In three of the lights, one of two bulbs were missing (not burned out, but missing). The toilet seat, like normal toilet seats, should have had two bolts to hold the seat on the toilet. One of the two bolts was missing. How does the staff not know one of the bolts is missing? The room and hotel smelled musty. There was litter on the motel property. The exterior needs a paint job!

Don't expect much more than a room to sleep.

Unable to find the PLUS in the name. No fridge, no coffee maker, damaged, old furniture

It served it's purpose. It was clean enough, not the Ritz. There was hair on the bed sheet. Lid to the toilet broke the first time we touched it. Even though it was non smoking room, the towels smelled like smoke. It was better than being home while our power was out after, a bad storm. We slept and went home. The staff were nice, it was quiet enough.

Arrived late. Registration guy was on phone while checking me in. Room TV didn’t work. Light above bathroom sink was out. I was too tired to ask for fixes.

You could not get a wheelchair between the desk and bed in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. The toilet seat was loose. Three out of four lightbulbs were burnt out above the bed. The mattress sagged so badly, it felt like sleeping in a hammock. The blackout curtains were about 70% effective, not what I call blackout. The television was not working; according to the desk, there were satellite problems. There was no indication on the telephone in the room on how to contact the front desk. The man at the desk told us we had been given an upgraded room. I cannot imagine how bad a regular room would look like if this was "upgraded."

There was nothing to like about this property or this whole experience to be exact. To begin I was charged for the full amount. In order to book the room prior to getting there.. once I got there to check in I had to pay an additional $50 deposit that was not disclosed before.they charged my card at booking. After getting the hotel room key. I drove around to the front door of the room. There was an abandoned looking room right next to the room I had .. the door was wide open.. there curtains were open and the mattress was flipped over against the wall. It was scary.. I opened the door to my room .. and right away a horrible smell came out the entire room smelled so bad.. the bathroom tub was filthy.. and the bed had bugs in it.. I immediately took pictures. It was too late to try for anything else.. the room was so awful I slept in my car ..I explained to the room attendant what had happened and showed them the picture I had taken. And told them I wanted to my money back. It was suggested that I file a complaint with the company that I had booked the room with. This was a horrible experience and a very bad decision on my part.. I would like to share the pictures and file a formal complaint. And request a full refund

Got settled into the room.. then found the TV had no connection. Went to call front desk and the phone was dead (no light/tone.) Room was very careworn, but clean. Wi-Fi Internet did work.

No maintenance at all. Rooms aren't even cleaned properly. Pet smell. At least, room fresheners weren't also provided.

The room was disgusting and unsat. critters and other things. The smell was atrocious upon entering the room. On the site the photos were deceptive and misleading. The comforters were stained and had smells in them. in the long run look at all sites and and reviews better

I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer.

Don’t stay here, ran down not a red roof plus.

Cockroaches in my room. Found crawling on personal items.

Not clean at all and lights were broken

Nothing Smelt absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the bed, in the bathroom, on the walls, everywhere! We werent allowed to get more than two towels even though there was 4 of us.

Room was dirty , ac didn’t work. Bedsheets had stains had to but my own to put on the bed. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and wet dog and ac didn’t work so the room was hot.
