Good stay for a budget rooom. No complaints. Would use again.

If you want a low cost easily accessible place to stay, this place could be an option for you.

Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Our air conditioning didn’t work let us sit in there for two hours before did anything and the bathroom in was nasty but it was ok after we switched room probably won’t come back

This property is "tired" and wore out.

I had a very disappointing stay at Red Roof Inn. There were cockroaches in the room, the blanket was ripped, and the floor and other surfaces felt sticky. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. I need a full refund :(

It was peaceful night's rest I didn't get my security deposit of $50 back yet !!!

Stay was for Lollapalooza weekend, Fri.-Mon. 3 nights. Was put in a room that apparently was part of their building permit renovation. There was water damage to the dresser, hot water issues with the shower, 1st day warm, 2nd day no hot water. Air conditioning was constantly on at a 75 degree setting 1st day, second day shut off at setting of 77 degree when the high outside was 72 degrees. The room was run-down and outdated. Had to leave after 2nd day . Management ignored my issues.

In all honesty, I would not recommend. The room is decent and beds were comfortable. The service was horrible. We stayed for 3 nights and in those 3 days no one came to clean nor change the bed sheets! we also had run out of toilet paper and had to go up to the front desk to ask for it. The shower pressure was low and the water in the tub would not drain properly. No clean towels were provided daily as well. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes within the wall and it wasn’t pleasant.

To be expected value for what you pay. However, the floors are not clean. The staff are not helpful when requesting fresh towels. The handle for the sink faucet is loose / not installed.

Mattresses are brown rooms smell like urine and bleach no phone in the room the tv doesn’t work the toilet was clogged in the 2nd room they gave me. When I informed them they handed me a plunger and said do it yourself or we can just refund your room and you can leave. Most of the people here are down on their luck and live here. This place is ran down

Dirty room, stained pillowcases

Roaches, carpets were filthy. My feet were black from the carpet. TV only worked on two major stations

I arrived at property for front desk person to tell me my reservation was canceled I arrived at 630 pm so I had to drive a hour away to Joliet didn’t find a hotel until 10 pm

If your toilet gets backed up you will be lucky to have someone drop off a plunger. I asked for someone to take care of the backed up toilet in the AM before leaving for the day and it was not done upon return in the evening. Manager is NEVER able to take your call. Very convenient. NOT.

Dirty towels, no toilet paper, blinking light in the bathroom. Terrible

By first glance when we walked in, they were a couple dead bugs by the window, as well as just roaming in the room when tried using the television TV was hard to connect and remote wasn’t working at all when wanting to use the lamp in the room as well when getting ready that was unable to turn on and the lightbulb was very old overall did not enjoy my day would not recommend please go somewhere else truly was really too excited to stay here based on the photos and what people were saying, but please spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
