The check-in process was quick. Desk clerk was professional. I requested a fan and he gave me one. Continental breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast and even offer a travel bag to take with water, apple and a water bagel with peanut butter. I highly recommend this hotel. I've made three trips across the united states in the last three years and this hotel was the best I've stayed at. I just can't complain.

Room was clean and spacious. TV didn’t work, maybe it was the remote. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order our entire stay. I wanted to pay in cash but the front desk person said I had to pay by credit card.

The only thing hampton inn about this place is the name and the price. Do not expect a good breakfast. In fact the staff said it was better to eat breakfast somewhere else. Beds were hard, noise level was bad, no fan in restroom, shower was not relaxing. Front clerk played on here phone.

The jacuzzi and pool has giant windows which brought the outside in and provided nice light. The breakfast was better than many hotels with fresh melon and warm scones. Front desk people were really nice and efficient. Beds were really comfortable. No extra blanket was provided in the closet
