Decent property, good breakfast, staff was nice and responsive. The pull out bed mattress was HORRIBLE! I requested many blankets to line the springs so they weren’t sticking into my children.

At the hotel, there wasn’t any water. They didn’t inform us about that before and they didn’t do anything to help us while it was happening.

Upon check in the reception clerk advised that the room had only one bed (I was sharing with my teenage son), however she changed the room without fuss or additional cost. The room was spacious and clean and suited our needs. We over paid for our stay, however it was during the World Cup so I expected to pay way over the odds (not a complaint per se). However three weeks after checking out I’m still awaiting my security deposit of $50 to be refunded despite chasing twice for this!

Convenient to Cambridge and a great, clean, no frills stay.

Super nice staff, the highlight of the stay! friendly and eager to assist. The breakfast was shockingly nice, with wide variety for everyone’s taste and comfortable ambiance. The lobby looks very nice. I would would’ve put 5 stars but bathrooms don’t have any ventilation so it gets very mucky in there and the bath door is damaged with moist because of it… so it looks unpleasant. And maybe is time to replace the popcorn ceilings in the bedrooms?

Parking was easy! The room was clean. We did not try the breakfast. The lobby was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

Pretty okay for the price free breakfast w pretty good options and a good location to visit Boston . Next to a shopping center if you need WiFi coffee or shopping essentials

Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the metro to jump on the train straight into the city centre which was also just a 5 minute ride. Bus station combined with Metro to get the bus to Harvard which is onky just 2 miles away. Would 100% stay here again, hotel clean snd tidy, plenty of choice at breakfast too.
