Breakfast buffet was lukewarm at best, not very many choices, except bread/pastries, season fruit had zero flavor. Waffle iron would be easy addition,

Such a nice place to stay. Steps from the Kendall/MIT train, just a couple stops in either direction to Harvard or Boston, without being right in the bustling thick of things. Clean and charming, lots of homage to its past as a real firehouse. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at Kendal many times. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, etc are always so clean, tidy and well taken care of. The breakfast is so good and fresh. The close proximity of the T makes trips to Boston so easy. The Kendal Staff are great! Always our first hotel choice when visiting Boston and Cambridge.

The Kendall Hotel is a great and very unique hotel tucked away in downtown Boston. Very clean and great staff. A must stay for any active/retired firefighter as sit is in Old Station 7. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Boston area and booking another stay with them.

Staying at the Kendall Hotel was an excellent experience. The room was super clean and well maintained. The breakfast was complete. There is nothing I would want to change. Parking was a little tricky but sufficient. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and especially Anthony who checked us in and out of the hotel. His tone was so friendly and accommodating. There is no doubt I would stay here again.

This was a very cool place to stay, it was very clean, the staff was super helpful, and the hotel was unique and very welcoming! I highly recommend staying here.

I like how it is so close to the T, food places. If you are visiting MIT or Cambridge area, this is one of the best places to stay. Breakfast is limited items but well stocked and enough to get you going for the day. Room service is prompt. Overall, it's an impressive and very comfortable place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at this property last week. We typically don't stay here when we're in Cambridge because it's not very close to our son's house. However, since the World Cup was going on, it was hard to get a hotel room in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. There was a free breakfast buffet which was excellent, our room was spacious, and the shower was also good. There were many restaurants within a few steps of the hotel, and public transportation was close, too. Recommend if you're going to visit someone in the MIT area!

Easy check-in with helpful staff. Fantastic room and good breakfast.
-
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quirky interesting building. Nice breakfast patio outside. No comfortable position to sit and dry hair with a hairdryer and have a mirror at eye level! Minor gripe and easily fixed if they moved the wall mirror.
-
Absolutely a wonderful spot and staff is/was on point!
-
The rooms were perfect, breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough to assist. Loved our time in Boston!!! Nothing, hotel was perfect!
-
Beautiful quiet hotel, exceptionally styled with reference to the building history. Excellent location; subway next door and only a few stops into the main centre. The room was very big with plenty of storage (and a Dyson hair dryer!). Buffet breakfast was lovely too with enough choice to keep everyone full and happy. It was on the pricey side but equally, all hotels in Boston during the World Cup were expensive.
-
Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great addition to start the day, good variety of food. Good location.
-
The hotel was well located near the Kendall/MIT stop. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was buffet style, they had some different hot food available in the 2 days we stayed. It was pricey but most likely just for the World Cup. I would stay again.
-
Great little boutique hotel just across the Charles and right next to Kendall/MIT Red Line.
