They need soft closing hallway doors, they kept me up till 12PM

Clogged shower and sink drains. Our room should not have been in use. We were hot and tired and it was late - there for one night and we didn’t ask to move so just saying the maintenance-housekeeping-front desk communication loop was not keeping rooms like ours off the rotation. The morning breakfast was basic but that’s to be expected. Beds were fine.

The maintenance is not sufficient, our washroom suction was not working. Breakfast is not good as well. The breakfast time from 6-9, when come at 8, no fruits was available. Hopefully next time we see some improvement.

Parking had enough handicap spots and convenient loading/unloading. The staff was helpful.

The property is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent customer service.

Convenient location. Quiet surroundings. Front desk staff gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. Breakfast is limited for certain eating styles. No gluten free, fruit or choice of breakfast meat. Very little extras. Not up to par with other hotels offering a free breakfast.
