Comfort Suites Camp Hill-Harrisburg West

The handicap accessible room absolutely exceeded my expectations the bed was at a lower level and as someone in a wheelchair that is a major problem I always run into the beds are always to high and I end up sleeping on the pullout couch so having a bed at my level is absolutely incredible. The huge bathroom was extremely helpful and again beyond what I was expecting I’m use to a small bathroom in hotels so to have a bathroom that is big enough to fit like 3 of my manual wheelchair was jaw dropping.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. I didn't really have time to take advantage of the amenities (workout room, 'computer center'. The speed of the wifi was pretty bad, but that's not a surprise... I've never been in a hotel where the internet speed is acceptable The breakfast was bland (and as I was there on the weekend, it wasn't available until 7:00am), but the staff serving the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful

Very nice suite for the family with two queen beds. Beds are very comfortable, microwave and other amenities like washer and dryer helpful. Breakfast is reasonable

The rooms are spacious Breakfast was lacking as items were either empty or out and this was an hour before breakfast was over. I made the reservation over a month in advance and still didn’t get my request for either connecting rooms or next to each other, granted we did get the same floor. Also my toddlerfound trash under the sofa

Convenient location and very safe. Hotel is only 5 years old so still relatively new. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the hotel is steps away from a Sheetz gas station and a busy road. My experience with Lakeitha during check in was very pleasant. Would stay again but would want my room on the opposite side of the gas station.

Nice and tidy hotel, free parking, spacious room, enough for the family of 4, Nice personel. Sofa bed comfort was good, but could be better. Continental breakfast - it was just ok, but I wouldn't call it continental.

Very loud and not very clean

The facility was very clean. The person who checked us in did not understand the pet policy. We travel with 2 dogs. The customer service person explained that there would be a charge of $25 per pet per night. Then he said the charge for the pets for one night was $75. He explained that that included $25 per pet plus $25 for one night. I explained that my interpretation of the policy was $25 per pet times the number of nights which was one night which meant $50 for one night not $75. He did charge me $50 but I think if I had accepted his explanation I would have been charged $75. Also, I did not think this location was pet friendly. The designated pet area was in the same location as the smoking area. There was no place to walk our dogs without walking through where smokers were smoking. We ended up walking the dogs around a neighboring business as there was plenty of grass there for them to walk on and there was next to no grassy area for the dogs at the hotel. I would advise pet owners to find a more pet friendly location. Also the reviews indicated that the location was convenient. I did not find it convenient at all as we had to drive a long way from I81 to get to the hotel. It seemed to be near a college so maybe the person who wrote the review was visiting the college. Restaurants were a ways away from the hotel unless you wanted to eat at Starbucks or a local cafe.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, big room, smells good, updated. Breakfast was so-so — needs better coffee!

The room assign to my family was not functional. We had to move to better room. This was late at night so I was unable to get proper sleep because I had to get up early to get on the road. The manager was able to accommodate me for the issue.

This hotel is easy to find, clean, across the street from a Sheetz convenience store/gas station.Parking lot is well lit. II highly recommend it

The room was large and clean. The queen beds were perfectly comfortable and the large couch had a pullout bed. You could comfortably sleep six here if you're lucky enough to have four kids!!
