Another room was provided My room had roaches. Not just 1 or 2... Immediately asked to switch rooms and the employee gave me an attitude and didnt believe me about the infestation because "other people would have complained" I asked to switch rooms and was told he cant inspect another room and step away from the desk because he was the only one working. There was 1 room left and offered me the room but I feel as if I was gas lit. I showed photos so he believed me. The last thing I wanted to do at 1230 at night was to pack everything up and move rooms. I probably wont stay here again unfortunately and this is my 3rd year coming back to this hotel for an event.
