The worst place we have ever stayed. A bigger issue is the homeless population right outside the hotel doors.

Air conditioning was terrible. I had to switch room so I could have a bed that was close to the air conditioner. the hallways were at least 85 degrees.

Location was great, staff was was wonderful.

It’s was over priced.

The room was nice but the bathtub could've been cleaner. We had a great view. The elevators were kind of dirty. The pool was great. The breakfast was cold (we were the first ones to arrive at 6:40am). To be fair, they told us it was a slow week so they had only half the usual breakfast buffet available. The valet parking staff was very helpful and nice.

to much money for what property offer, breakfast for 4 $80 is a lot , hotel is good for location only ,

Great location. Right by the river. Fantastic bed! Friendly staff. Irish bar close by. No access to my car during my stay
-
The rooms were poorly maintained, very outdated, small and had a musty smell . The air conditioner sounded like a loud lawnmower and we could not sleep because of this. The best part of our stay was how nice, friendly and helpful the valet were.

We traveled to Harrisburg to enjoy Hershey Park with our grandkids. The rooms were great. The restaurant lacked a kids menu and was very dark. Grandparents have a hard time seeing. It was easy to find and about 30 mins from Hershey Park. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and it was a perfect area to entertain them for a couple hours.

Conveinence to my meeting place Restaurant is too pricey

We were in town for my friend's wedding and this was one of the hotels noted on their "Wedding Knot" invitation. We didn't really interact with the staff much except check-in Thursday evening and checkout Sunday morning. The guy who checked us in was polite. The lady who checked us out was doing the minimum; didn't ask how was the stay, if we needed anything (a car, help with luggage, etc.), or even thank us for staying. We were surprised to see that our room didn't have a microwave. The housekeeping staff only cleaned our room on Friday morning and didn't refill the coffee cups, coffee pods, nor sugars. The room could definitely use a thorough & deep cleaning. We attempted to have breakfast in the restaurant on Friday morning, and since we were on vacation we wanted to indulge in the mimosas offered on the menu, however, after waiting for almost five minutes at the table we were told that there was no prosecco available so we kindly excused ourselves, tipped the server a couple bucks for her time and went next door to the Hilton for breakfast and mimosas. When we were leaving on Sunday morning, my boyfriend ordered a coffee from the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby, and not only was the young girl that was working that "not in the mood to be here", she also made my boyfriend's coffee completely wrong. For $13, I told him to give it back and get what he actually wanted, but he was just ready to go at this point. Overall, our stay was about a 3.5/5.

Location AC was broken in the room. Front desk thanked me for telling them but offered no apologies
-
The rooms were terrible.. it is not in a great section of town. Charged for water in the room.
-
Room was very nice. Noise from the street
-
Nothing super wrong with it. I just think it's a little too dated and some of the furniture could use some love. Or replacement.
-
Solid location and nice place to stay.
-
Very clean The room was small and not easy to get a round for being handicapped assessible

Just your basic downtown Harrisburg PA hotel, very mid. Nothing went wrong, the front desk staff and valet were professional. It's just an old hotel and not in the classic way. The bathroom was small but was newly remodeled -- that was the best part of the room. Friendly advice -- the thermostat on the hotel water heater could be trimmed at 180F instead of letting it go all the way up to 212F. The hotel restaurant was dim and antiquated, the food and service was acceptable.
