The hotel is right downtown and the location is very, very walkable. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. Great beds and plenty of pillows.

I mistakenly entered the wrong date on the reservation with Expedia. The Expedia team was WONDERFULLY helpful in resolving the issue. I strongly recommend Expedia. Excellent customer service!

The room was not like the picture on the website, it was way smaller and the bathroom meant even the same layout. The picture showed a walkin shower and we had a tub that had mold along the edges. Also, shower water barely came out, was like a dribble and it was a struggle getting shampoo and soap off of us. I noticed the desk and they said they never heard that before… Also one of the pillow cases was covered in dark streaks like it had something wiped on it. Will not return to this hotel in future trips!

The entire hotel smelled of weed, room even smelled of weed, food was terrible at restaurant... crown went way downhill

Dinner was pretty awful and airco was like a freight train occasionally but only occasionally running thru rooms. Terrible sleep!

Hotel is a bit tired and in need of some investment. Good local bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are small and dated but clean. Staff are excellent and what makes this hotel worth staying at. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra $15 ea. we paid.

The mattress was NOT comfortable at all and probably could have stood to be replaced (not sure how old it was). The bathroom was equally very small with just about 5 inches to the left of it to place any toiletries. Taking a shower was a challenge because the water temp was either scalding hot or freezing cold. It was difficult managing a constant temperature. They need to do something about the water pressure there. Taking a shower was like standing outside in a gentle rain so forget about washing your hair because there was no water pressure strong enough to get the soap out (I had to try to finish rinsing out in the sink which was not much better). Again, with the name Crowne Plaza, I would have expected so much more from it. :(

It was great. Everything I needed. The discount breakfast is well worth it.

Centrally located with helpful stadlff

The staff and the valet concierge were friendly, courteous and very helpful.We've been staying at this hotel for the last 7 years. It has always been a pleasure. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city so very congested area. If you are traveling in a pickup over 6 feet tall or have any type of trailer, you will not be able access the parking garage there. If you pay for parking it cannot be refunded so be careful. They were gracious though and gave us breakfast vouchers because of our parking issue. This was the only downside to our stay. The actual hotel is very nice with very quick registration. The desk staff friendly and helpful. The elevators are very fast and were never crowded. The room was adequate. Average

the room was dirty, the shower grout had pink mold on it, AC unit had mold, dust was blowing from the ceiling. the parking garage was unavailable and didn’t have alternative parking and wasn’t knowledgeable about street parking. after check in i went to get a shower and there was no body wash, then the 2nd shower there was no shampoo.

Room were nice and good size. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was on the louder side and seemed to have a dampness in the air. Bathroom was very small and not a lot of sink space. Staff was great and accommodating including the valet parking and attendants.

The hotel is dated but the beds were clean and comfy. The first room we were in had some minor damage and mold in tub. We were moved due to an intense domestic disturbance in an adjoining room. The staff especially Elijah was very helpful during a stressful night. The second room we moved to definitely had a nicer/cleaner bathroom. And the second room was very quiet. I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that parking was valet only for $25/night. Although this was a good location for a downtown stay I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was amazing though.
