we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just add it to the price if you need it that bad. it was very difficult to block out all the light from the hallway even with the curtains. the bed and bathroom were fine and we were nearby some decent restaurants. our next stay in the area will be worth spending a little more.

The first shock I had is when I arrived and I paid my deposit then I was asked to pay for parking and they very open and not full parking lot of hotel it made no sense to me $12 which was supposed to be $10 with a $2 tax then the room that I stayed in didn't have any proper drapes just sheer curtains so it faced the parking lot and upon getting out the shower I realized my business was open to the street I asked if there were any curtains they moved me keep in mind all of this is taking place when I checked in at 11:00 p.m. and then my card when I went out to get ice or just to check on some things and move my things all of my cards kept on going offline and I had to keep on walking a very long hallway to get the recharged or after it piece the resistance is that when I woke up the next morning to use the bathroom the toilet overflowed when I called to get in your sister they told me I don't got to use the bathroom by the front door or by the front desk it asked me what would I like them to do and when I said fix it they did nothing I am requesting a partial if not full refund

What I liked, was that it was close to downtown,...but that was it! What I didn't like was that I was put in a room all the way in the back even though they knew I had a handicap situation. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful! The first room that I stayed in was infested with ants in the bathroom sink. The second day, I was moved to another room which had a very foul odor that never went away. The toilet was broken. Water ran constantly! My keys didn't work in the motel entrance door close to my room. I had to walk around to the next door to enter! Also, twice, my keys stopped working in my room door which caused me to walk back to the front desk to have them reset! I had to pay $48 to park in their open parking lot!

Nothing. Paying $25 to park in there lot. Dirty sheets, dirty windows, furniture falling apart and dirty chair. We stayed maybe a 1/2hr and we checked out.

Please dont go here. Worst experience ever. I went to check in and they told me to pay extra for parking and when I said no. They were like I dont care you are not getting a refund. Absolute nightmare. We left without staying. Lady looks at you like you a criminal. So unprofessional, shady hotel. Please dont go there.

Nothing at all. We were totally misled by the photos on the site. Convenient parking and Breakfast were listed but you have to pay $12.00 per day yo park in their parking lot, otherwise, you had to park on the back street or any available space in a nearby business. They don’t do breakfast. The smell was so unbearable that you literally had to cover your nose to get to your room. The air n the entire building was thick and stale and kinda took your breath away. The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. Seems like they just make up the beds and put toiletries in the restrooms. THATS IT! Nothing more. Provided us with dirty towels and the chair in the room looked like someone was massacred. We shortened our stay. The staff was nonchalant and didn’t offer up any kind of apology.

First no elevator, as a senior no room available on the first floor even though I booked on line. No breakfast and the curtains in my room were torn ripped apart. Lastly not enough towels for two people in the room.

It was very gross. So gross, in fact, that we felt uncomfortable and left the hotel to sleep at the airport.

I will never stay here again they change for parking 12 dollars a day.My room was changed 4x rm#1Had no electric rm#2 toilet didn't flush, rm#3 sink didn't work rm#4 air conditioner & shower rode broken. All of the rooms were not stocked up with towels and wash cloths, toilet tissue I had to ask several times and was ignored when I returned to the front desk the staff was very rude I ask to speak to a manager for a refund he was not available needless to say the Hotel didn't refund me anything for the inconvenience very dirty hotel it was an infestation of bugs surrounding the entire building as soon as you would leave out or come in you would be attacked by these bugs very dirty and hot on second floor the smell nearly knocked me out several guests were complaining 5 to be exact as well as myself

It was fine for the price. No continental breakfast when I was there. Just coffee and I got out there at 6:30AM. Ice machine worked, AC worked, snack machines were functional, decent shower. 3PM check in. Fridge and microwave good. Pick up food somewhere because the hotel is a good walk from anywhere, if you don't drive. Overall good. 3 nights. Cable TV.

You can only get fresh linen when the housekeeper is in but the housekeeper is rarely in. Had to go and buy my own linen

The stay was nice. The staff was nice. It was close to where I needed. I'd do it again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times because we live in the region and come to Harrisburg for the arts festivals on Memorial Day and Labor Day on occasion. Primarily because the location is very convenient, being right on the greenbelt along the river at the edge of downtown, near the festival grounds. It recently changed hands and it doesn't seem like things have improved. We waited an hour to check into the room because the rooms weren't cleaned in time for the stated check-in at 3 pm. It took 3 tries to get into the room because the room keys didn't open our door, forcing me to go up and down the stairs (no elevator) for new keys. Once inside, finally, the tv didn't work, nor did the WIFI, as the signal was too weak to reach the 2nd floor. At 3:30 am we were woken up by unruly guests in the hallway. Some of these things weren't exactly the hotel's fault, and it was Memorial Day weekend, so the hotel was full and we couldn't switch rooms. But this place is a 1- or 2-night max stay, and don't expect much beyond that.

Value. You get what you pay for The facility was rather outdated. And the carpets we're absolutely disgusting. They were like a club floor at the end of the night
-
The local folks who lived there full time a man asked us for drinks was a little uncomfortable
