Everything was good expected for too soft or worn out mattress. Sparkling clean everywhere!

Very clean, staff was very polite, there was plenty of parking and check in and out was very quick. The only con was it was very hot outside and the pool was closed.

I had the best Italian food ever the staff and chef were very polite. The hotel is clean and comfy. I will go again

The restaurant was Amazing. We had dinner and drinks. Both were Delicious. No elevator, we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs

Great space, service, and clean Screaming children in the halls but other than that no complaints.

Location is great if you intend to be around the capital as it’s a 10 minute drive. There are restaurants in the area although you’d need a car unless you’re ok with Perkins or McDonalds.

The stairs were also not all accessible, so I had to go all the way around since the close stair well was blocked off.

Quality is felt It could have been cheaper.

Body wash was almost empty when I arrived for a 4 night stay, and it was not refilled so I had to use shampoo as body wash. This really needs to be taken care of, especially when you're not doing room service every day. Also, more makeup wipes would be appreciated if they're not being replenished every day. The coffee was not replenished either. I would also recommend that the air conditioning vents be changed. When the drapes are closed at night, the air conditioning blows behind the drapes and does not cool the room.

Staff was great. Property and room was very clean and updated . Bed was very comfortable. Be warned-there is no elevator. I booked through a discount website and did not know I would be placed on the second floor. The website says handicap accessible. They do have a lift but it was not offered to me after explaining I have a very difficult time with stairs. Some of the maintenance men helped me to my room but I felt trapped because of the stairs until I left the next day. I will stay here again, but definitely request a first floor room.

I stayed at Penn Harris for one week. There is an outdoor pool (I didn’t use) that looked nice. I like that there was plenty of parking, a restaurant and bar at the hotel. What I didn’t like was that they only had cable TV with a few channels, no laundry facilities on site, no elevator, rooms are dated and dark, and hotel smells musky.
