Hilton Harrisburg

I was very disappointed by my stay at the Hilton. The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillow was horrible my head just sank into the bed. The bathroom toilet is so low to the ground it’s like a child’s toilet. For the price there is no microwave in the room. Also nothing to hang your towels or clothes in the bathroom and the bathroom door is a sliding door that has no locks. The staff was very friendly and the place is clean. You also have to pay $20 a night for parking.

The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean.

I was very well taken care of from the moment I stepped through the door. Your staff are outstanding.

Staff very n8ce Shower had no hot water and a spray that was very weak. No Kleenex in room. Disappointing g for a Hilton.

Nice Hilton right in downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff helpful. Would recommend.

Everyone friendly. Dinner in the 1700 restaurant was fabulous and set the expectations for the remainder of my stay. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The food I ordered was not prepared well (toast was not toasted but it was warmed) not the friendliest service either. Room was great and I slept well though.

The front desk attendant was very nice, JP. He was the only good thing about this trip. The hotel was overtaken by children, and they were loud and ran up and down the halls during the night, even after we asked security to address the issue. The hotel was overbooked. Not enough breakfast food to address all of the guests. It was chaos

Upon arrival, my room was dirty. I had dirty towels sitting in there. The bed had hair on it unsatisfactory.

The hotel was super niceeee. It was honestly just beautiful, room was neat and clean, staff was amazing & very helpful. Only thing I’d complain about is the pool being closed. Me and my family came down from 3 hours & wanted to swim but the pool was closed which made us sad. But besides that everything else was great. There were a lot a good restaurants near by.

The location was nice walkable. If have to say something wish I choose a room with a city view.

Nice location close to capital building and baseball field. Parking was interesting. It is in the public garage next to the hotel but be sure to park near the elevator if you need to use a trolly for your bags. We are in our 70's and although were able to manage, it was challenging. Room was clean and we found a great restaurant Bacco across the street from the hotel. worth trying

The front desk is very helpful, shout out to Liz (apologize if I misspell her name). She gave a lot of information and helped me get a new room immediately after I found the original room was manually locked. Very nice lady! In general, if I reached out, most staff would help to address the problem. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient, but breakfast needs to be paid for separately. The breakfast chef is very friendly, and most staff are also nice, they would check on you occasionally. One thing that kind of bothered me was that there was a room service guy on my floor who started working very early and closed each room's door loudly.

The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable, right downtown with all the bars.
