I got a better room this time. The room feels cleaner compared to the room I got last time, but there are still dust, and they didn't do housekeeping, and I had to reuse towels from another night. Shout out to Lindsey, the front desk, she is always so helpful, nice, and patient.

Wow, wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent and the restaurants in the area were close and dog friendly. It was one of the reasons I picked this place to stay and it had a nice area for the dog as well. comfortable bed which is a plus in itself. There are lots of amenities, but like I stated above, it was a quick stay. The staff we met and the people parking the vehicles were extremely friendly.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a quick anniversary trip to do some antiquing. The front desk staff was fantastic and when we told them it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a charcuterie board and some bubbly. Fabulous!

Restaurant staff were great, food good, nice hotel rooms and lobby. Conference center is excellent. But parking is extremely confusing --- how you pay, what the discount is, how to get it, etc. Not explained at the desk. I arrived and had booked 2 rooms at 2 separate times after deciding to add a night to my stay. On arrival, I was told it would be taken care of so that I would not have to move rooms. I had to visit the desk several times to ensure that this was arranged later in the stay, plus they double charged me for parking. VERY annoying.
