Rodeway Inn Wormleysburg - Harrisburg

Absolutely nothing People banging late at night, doors where shattered, the sheets and bedding had stains and cigarette burns all over, smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, loud sounds all night from the trains, people running and screaming while they talked

Between booking .com and rodeway inns lack of communication i was charged for a room I never stayed in and both companies pointed the blame on each other which lead to me stranded in my car until I could get a hold of someone to go to until I could be accommodated spoke to Jenna the supervisor at booking just to be told the same thing her staff told which was we are sorry for the inconvenience u will receive a refund in 7 to 12 days or however my bank issues the refund in the meantime i asked for the inconvenience to be accommodated with and room obviously because I am stranded and already overdrew funds for this room but booking refused to give me another room i was just told sorry and to wait for my refund what a joke and a horrible way to treat long term on going customers my suggestion dont trust them call the property and make sure the rooms are available because they don’t check or have your back never again

Quiet nobody bothered me beds comfortable Only problem had to ask management to vacuum room repeatedly they may have been short-staffed they would vacuum room eventually not a big problem

Nothing Room had funny smell so I changed rooms new room also had funny smell bath tub was disgusting garbage from previous occupants was in room(2 cup cake boxes) there was people arguing in front of room all night room didn't have a phone I called from cellphone 3 times no answer went to front desk to check out guy didn't speak English so couldn't file any complaints

They advertise free breakfast but they don't serve breakfast. The rate could've been lower and the no breakfast

Nothing and I want a refund. I couldn’t even stay there. It didn’t feel safe. People hanging out in the parking lot. People sitting on the floor in the hallway. On top of that filthy windows, cigarette burns on the bedspread and blanket. Everything. I didn’t feel safe staying there and turned in the key and checked out after being there for a couple hours. Also they told me they didn’t have any rooms when I got there even though I had a reservation. Then they found a room on the 2nd floor but no elevator. If this is your idea of a “fair” accommodation I’ll never use your service again

Cigarette burns on blanket,Door was broken & you can tell someone had previously tried to break in..Holes in the wall..Shady people outside especially at night. The lady at the front desk was arguing with someone who had booked online as well and tried haggling the price to her..Overall awful experience.

there was used soap in the shower there were no closets they need new toaster, they were slow and dirty the elevator broke because of too much use

I didn't even get to stay. I reserved my room a week before and when I got there the day of check in, I was told there were no rooms. I showed them my email of conformation and all I was told was sorry we have no rooms. So I left and drove 4 hours home after a very long day and just wanted to sleep. I will NEVER try to stay there again.

Location When we pulled into the lot there was trash thrown all over. The bathroom was dirty.

N/A When I arrived at the hotel, there was a big no vacancy sign on the office door. They had given my room away. So I was very disappointed. They said they did not need to reserve my room as I did not pay in advance. They offered no help in finding me another room.

they canceled my room before i arrived i drove 300 miles and had noplace to stay when i called for directions after i got to Harrisburg they told me they canceled my stay

Nothing They don’t have breakfast but they do charge for that
