Location was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was attentive and friendly. I was able to leave my car for a few hours even after check out too! Parking might fill up but still adequate. A little pricey but worth it in my experience

The breakfast was very good, especially the potatoes. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and I liked how the channels for the tv were listed. The water pressure in the shower was kind of weak.

Had leaking pipes in the bathroom i called booking .com and I didnt get a refund for my weekend that was ruined. I wont be booking with you again. Hotel smelled of food. Pillows were too hard. Very little staff. Overall poor experience.

Most everything I can think of. As a regular user of the Bristol, it was nice for me and my GF to use the nice rooms on the top floor facing North so she could sleep in later in the morning That is it closing down this weekend for transition into shelter for the homeless. Horrible!

Excellent rate which included breakfast, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms. I’m sad the hotel has been sold to the city of Campbell, the end of an era, I suppose, bur transitioning to a homeless facility is a good thing and it’s my understanding the furnishings will make their way to the Carlyle Hotel and/or will be donated. Anyway, well done Bristol Hotel! We knew you when…

Breakfast had some extra nice choices. Everything was great! I would’ve enjoyed a gym or something, but I’m happy it exceeded my expectations and was a very nice stay. Felt European or extra design things that I thought was nice. Maybe a gym would’ve been nice or pool or something but no it was great for what I wanted and needed..

-
room was not cleaned every 2 days as requested; some days is was done everyday and some days we had to ask for clean towels after 2 days please note above
-
Fun decor, clean, quiet, affordability, good central location and great staff. It’s my absolute favorite place to stay! That it is closing in August
-
I love the elegant decor. It’s just a step above for a very reasonable price. We always try to stay at the Bristol Hotel when we are in the area. Nothing to not like

Beautiful decor lovely European vibe.

Close to Stanford cancer center. Nice breakfast. Had trouble with key card. Wish the bathroom had separate light switch for watercloset.

Super clean rooms. Bed was plush and soft yet supportive. Large room with plenary of space. Very close to food and gas. The bathrooms are huge with lots of marble and a toilet is separated from bathroom with privacy door. Blackout curtains in the room and plenty of space for clothing. Also plenty of mirrors with multi-angle in the bathroom and full length mirror behind the closet door.
-
comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little more.
-
Charm. Safety. Comfort. Size of room. Quiet. Boutique Hotel.
