I have several pictures of the room and how horrible it was. I booked for non smoking and it smelled like smoke bad. There was blood on the chair, crayon marking on the walls, the sink was dirty. And they denied my refund I checked out immediately.

Place needs a good deep cleaning.
-
My sink was cracked, the bathtub was cracked, I didn’t have a coffee maker in my room as I did the previous time I stayed, my tv wouldn’t work, the sofa had stains on the seats, the floor was dirty, and I couldn’t get in contact with the front desk on the phone.

Staff was very helpful and nice but my room was not so clean. Microwave was filthy toilet was leaking and wasn’t cleaned that good

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! I checked out no longer than 30 minutes after checking in and I couldn't get a refund. When I first went into the room, the door was jammed from the outside and I had to push it open then when I got inside the room, it wouldn't close, that was the first red flag. I asked for a new room because I didnt feel safe they gave me another room, it was dirty. Stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor, what "appeared" to be blood stains in the tub, I was completely turned off by the property and just wanted to leave. stay at your own risk, I pray your experience is better than mine. I was told since I booked through a third party (expedia) I wasn't going to get a refund and expedia didn't help with anything either

The room was okay as far as cleanliness, one pillow case had a stain, the phone didn't work ,the fridge was leaking and their were no extra towels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked.
-
My room and the hotel were not well-maintained. For example, I couldn't close the bathroom door. There were also several homeless people hanging around the surrounding area, which made the neighborhood feel less comfortable.
-
Nothing good about this place TV has only 10 channels can't see any clearly...and also activities going on there not fit for kids.....just stinks

Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe was mud or poop stains on the edge of the bathroom wall by the door and shower. Room was overall clean, but something is definitely wrong with the ventilation because the floor stayed slick with condensation. Spend another 20 or $30 a night and stay somewhere else.

After picking up the towels from the front desk, my husband and I decided we weren't comfortable staying because of the overall condition of the hotel. We packed our belongings, informed the front desk that Expedia would be contacting the hotel regarding our refund, and they tried to offer us another room but we just couldn’t stay there. Overall, we found the experience to be unprofessional, unclean, and sketchy, and do not recommend this hotel at all.

The first room we stayed in, the ac didn’t work. Then they moved us to another room and the room key card did not work all weekend.
-
Everybody was nice to talk to you and the people that were in charge of the breakfast station were really on the ball.
-
I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness if there was no smoking smell as we enter. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Very close to metro. Convenient to highway. Easy parking. I recommend this place very much.
-
Conveniently located.
-
Very friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was good. Spacious room. Excellent value for the price. Would stay again.
-
The room smelled like sewage. The bed was comfortable. No blanket. It was a challenge to regulate the temperature. The wash clothes were dingy. I was charged twice for the room.
-
The hospitality was poor. The bathroom tub had rust in it and mold around the tub all over the ceilings. The floor was coming apart around the bathroom door.
-
Bed was comfortable and clean The bathroom toilet seat didn’t match toilet and leaky fridge. Walking into the facility had a smell
