Stink bug on the wall room smelt like smoke and when we asked to change are room they just offered us snacks and one of the first desk personnel was out side smoking weed with someone random guy.

It was disgusting in the bathroom vent were filled with dust, bathtub drain was broken. Bathtub was dirty sink in the bathroom. Drain was broken sliding glass door to the balcony was broken. Light in the bathroom was broken missing lightbulbs, two of the light fixtures in the bedroom. The electricity was not working, so couldn’t plug my phone up the air conditioner, spelled, stale, and the room did not smell clean.

great! amazing time and helpful staff

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable

Breakfast was nice and hot

Unfortunately, the problems started almost immediately. I noticed some trash around the property, although I initially chalked that up to the grounds needing attention. Once we entered the room, I began noticing the small details that can make a big difference. For example, the window shade had paint on it, apparently from painting in the room. Something as simple as cleaning the paint off or replacing the shade would have made a noticeable difference. The centerpiece table was also in poor condition. Later that evening, after dinner, we returned to the hotel around 10:00 p.m. When I went to take a shower, I discovered that the bathtub was filthy. When I turned on the water, I also found pubic hair left in the drain. I have photographs documenting the condition of the bathroom. I immediately contacted the front desk and explained that I could not use the shower in that condition. I was told that housekeeping was no longer available and that the only person available was security. The security employee came to the room, saw the condition of the bathroom, agreed that it was unacceptable, took photographs, and reported the issue to the front desk Because the hotel was sold out, there was no other room available. I was told that housekeeping would a

My son and I came up to look at a college. For having a football team on our floor and below us, it was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool or gym, but they looked nice

The morning staff on my trip were all amazing and made check in very good.

large room. Breakfast. Good bed. Microwave After leaving the hotel I realized I forgot in my room personal items (shirts and pants). I called the reception and I was told that they did not find anything. Questionable staff response

Disappointing

Security breakfast I had to call security about loud music playing at 3:00 am. The blinds are dingy, the comforter had stains on it ,

Location to where we needed to be was close enough. Location was older than photos show. People were out front of the hotel late a night just hanging and coming in and out of the lobby. We were there for a 4 day horse show and had long days and didn’t get back until late at night and didn’t always feel safe.

Everything was great and the price was fair
