The room was well decorated and the staff was excellent
-
It is a bit disappointing to have two rooms booked on one reservation, one room got cleaned and the other never got cleaned. I asked for a plunged at 11pm and never got one until the morning about 4 am
-
The staff immediately contacted a manager to assist with booking issues. But another problem occurred from the desk staff not reading identification cards and verifying with reservation. Total chaos but corrected over time. The restaurant manager was very rude and didn’t honor the posted advertisement. He was rude to guests when questioned. Insisted the restaurant staff ignore posted advertisement.
