Booked a suite for my anniversary and when I got to the hotel there were no suites available.

The room was Clean, the staff were courteous and accommodating, and the people at the Bistro were Quick with food preparation. It was also helpful that they had a Market side, small but well furnished with Food, snacks, and Beverages open 24/7

clean room, nice lobby, no free coffee in the lobby- which is huge! paid a pretty good amount for the hotel- at least have some coffee and water replenished. they do have Starbucks- which is not my preference, but if you like that, great! last night, too much traffic noise- emergency vehicles etc which is not the hotel's fault! liked the location.. near to multiple places easy access to Metro, and to stores, fuel etc.

The property is well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ample. Safe

The telephone in the room didn't function. We asked for clean towels and never received them. No free gift as a Marriott Bonvoy member.

Recently renovated, beautiful modern design. Exceptionally clean rooms and very helpful staff from housekeepers to management

This place is pricey and does not add up to the price. The is horrible! And a waste of money (53.00) for 8 wings and hummus dip

Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???

We liked the professional staff and the very clean rooms

Cancelled reservation as the area was unsafe. There were girls fighting at the property next door and suspicious men in cars outside of the property.

Breakfast was okay. Not a good selection. Coffee came with breakfast and asked for it to be iced and they said it would cost more. Had a 3:00 check in and was told room wasn't ready it would be a few minutes. Three hours later the room still wasn't ready. Had my 82 year old disabled mother with me. Got in room after 6 and we were late to the start of our concert because traffic was terrible. Asked to speak with manager and man said there wasn't one. So hotel operating w/ no management. Nothing but excuses and never offered us anything while waiting. People were walking in and getting their rooms before us. Others had same problem we did. Girls were doing hair and makeup in the lobby for the concert because they couldn't get their rooms either.
