Staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were useful. Bedding and linen were comfortable and the room had enough. The bathroom was clean. The team at the hotel were kind and made the process easy to navigate. I would recommend to others and return for another stay. The front desk staff were flexible and also assisted with a late checkout. Thank you.

Elevator button was literally inside the wall,the elevator need to be service rock n shake…sink in my room wouldn’t drain and when call the front desk told me maintenance wasn’t there for the weekend they can give me a 1,000 points… breakfast was horrible … never again at this location and I was very surprised with it being a holiday inn

Housekeeping staff can be quite rude and stressful and maybe even trigger anxiety. Overall ok not bad

There was no electricity for the first 24 hours. And I found a weed bud on the floor, everything else was fine, bed was clean, bathroom was clean!

I arrived around 6:30 PM and found that the hotel had lost power and the generator was also down. We were initially told power would return around 7:00 PM, but it did not come back until approximately 9:00 PM. Other hotels on the same street did not appear to be experiencing the same issue. Once power returned, we were then told the hotel’s system was down and guests still could not check in. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication. Staff repeatedly implied the issue would be resolved soon, but information had to be begged for and the seriousness of the situation was never properly communicated. Because of this, hours were wasted waiting instead of making alternative arrangements earlier. I remained in the lobby until around 11:30 PM, about five hours after arriving. During that entire time, nothing was offered to waiting guests, not even a bottle of water. I did receive a full refund, which I appreciate, but better communication and basic guest care would have made a major difference. I would not stay at this location again.

There was a power outage and the correspondence about it and during it was terrible

The room had a scent, and the bathroom was not well-cleaned. I saw two inserts I went out to tell the man that the reception he came to the room to take pictures and told me he was going to check if he could change my room but I never heard from him
