Breakfast was not great! Staff was confused!

The staff was very helpful and professional. The only thing I can see improvement with is they can try to renovate it some. Other than that, it was great!

I was placed on the 4th floor which they failed to mentioned was under renovations. The ENTIRE I was there I was inhaling paint fumes, dodging workers and maids who you stationed literally right at my door and up and down the hall making it almost unbearable to get from my room to the elevator. I had an important meeting and I had to reschedule it because I could barely hear the tv due the loud noises from the construction. I do not understand why they would have people staying on this floor. The front desk staff offered breakfast but were unwilling to provide any additional help like the late check out I asked for, which given my experience should have been honored. But they did take their pet fee and that $250 hold on my account. Hilton I’m so disappointed, I’ve stayed here before and never had this type of experience. I won’t be back..don’t not stay here if they cannot guarantee that you will not be on the 4th floor..stay at the home suites or holiday inn..right next door…and there was a blood stain in the elevator for my entire 3 day stay that was never cleaned. The staff were wonderful and super helpful. Check in and check out were smooth. The linen was comfortable and well maintained. The hallways on the fourth floor were distressed and needed maintenance and renovations. There should be some communication to guests that the hallways are under construction or updates. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest and the shower water never got hot. The shower water got a bit warmer than lukewarm and that's it. Overall, the visit was nice and manageable. There is a good team present. Just a couple of items to address and amend.

This hotel was in a great location. The rooms were clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Different options. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Clean room, no smell but very outdated for a hilton.

Room was not ready when cking in. Given another roomI asked for an upgrade since my room was not read. Was told that I was given an upgrade. Was not given an upgrade. Not informed about the fee for breakfast. Thought it was included like other Hilton properties. I am a Hilton Honor member. Police was called to hotel on Saturday night. The decor in hotel was warm and inviting. There were towel folded like animals in the common areas.

The facility needs a thorough cleaning I could not rest here due to the facility not being properly clean.

The desk clerk was pleasant and the cookies were great The facility was old. And the floor wasn't clean. I slipped a few times.

We had to call down several times before we were able to get housekeeping to change our sheets on the second night. Also, unlike other Hiltons, this one did not offer complimentary bottles of water on check in.

old old old! staff at the front desk is rude besides like 3 people.

Did not have hot water in the shower. Ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. I could not sleep because the ac unit was loud.

Great experience especially the front desk staff.
