ROACHES!!! And not just a few. I have several pictures. Building hallways smelled deplorable, carpets on 2nd floor notably filthy. Front desk manager told me they exterminate every Thursdays for roaches and I will see a few. This was not mentioned before checking into the hotel. I could not be moved due to no vacancy and 4th of July weekend. The floors were not mopped just swept. Burns on tables, stains on bathroom sink and toilet seat. No working room phone which I reported and they did nothing. Stove top, microwave, fridge, tv, internet worked great. Laundry cost $3.75 dry and $4.75 wash.

For my 3 day I was not able to properly take a shower, because the shower drainage would immediately backup, with water covering my ankles. Not able to properly rinse off my feet Did NOT sit well with me at all. I was told the maintenance man was sick and he the maintenance showed up to work I was told and still no resolve. Will not refer friends/family. Thank you. Do better.

It is an extended stay. Not what we were looking for.

Hire new cleaners. Decent property but poorly cleaned. Caught a bug in the bathroom

Deplorable

Why is there now a $50 incidental charge with you over no incidentals. I was told it was to cover the damage some guest have made to the chairs. Why are those of us over 70 years of age penalized? Dumpster was fill and had not been dumped which meet when it was dumped, there were enough bags on the ground that were not picked up - meaning when staff come to pick them up, it would again fill the dumpster. They should purchase a larger dumpster or have 2 schedule pickup's a week.

My skin started itching when I got on the elevator and as soon as I walked in the room I walked out

When we return back from working the first day, all of our belongings have been removed from the room, my Apple MacBook charger, which cost roughly $80 just to replace the block was on the bed when we left, but was not returned. Luckily, that was the only thing that was “lost”. The rooms are disgusting. The water in our shower wouldn’t drain and I mean at all. It was like having a mini bathtub for a few hours after our shower. The linens, including pillows, pillowcases, sheets, and towels were disgusting with stains and imbedded hair. The dehumidifier in the bathroom was covered in mold and every inch of the room had some form of dirt, bug, or hair in it. I’d like to iterate that when booked this hotel was not the cheapest option so in terms of “you get what you pay for” that wasn’t the case here. The nighttime front desk woman was very nice. That was the only positive. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have roaches and charge 10$ for towels
-
Bed was completely broken the mattress had a whole part of the springs went out and hurt like hell to sleep on it was room 229 I would suggested throwing it away before another customer has to sleep in it like I did do better next time. Thank you,

It was great stay & all amenities as well

The biggest issue occurred when my vehicle was towed while I was a registered guest staying at the hotel. I had been issued a parking permit, but because it was allegedly not visible, I was forced to pay $175 to retrieve my car. I understand parking policies must be enforced, but I was a paying guest with a valid permit and would have appreciated some effort to verify that my vehicle belonged to a current guest before authorizing the tow. Because of this experience, I would never ever come back to this location. Beware and becareful where you lay your head. This place is not what it seems.
