Super close to northwest stadium- perfect if going there. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the room sort of felt stale and outdated.

Convenient location. And walking distance to northwest stadium Hotel billed us for WiFi. Citing that only one device is supposed to connect to the internet. Customer service needs to improve.

The concept of this being a 4-star hotel. For 90-something dollars a night, I guess it was fine but it was really dirty. My neighbor saw a roach and had to bleach their whole room. Also the staff was highkey mean and unhelpful.

Not clean, and definitely not well maintained. We had some kind of bug bitting us and when we complained we were triple nothing can be done about it. Also, lost light functions the room and was told there was again nothing to be done about it. Sheets not clean, dust and dirt everywhere. Mouldy room and the shower the the most dirtiest place in room. No cleaners for the entirety of our stay, no towel replacements… NOTHING. Definitely a 1 star hotel… wouldn’t even call it a hotel. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

stayed here for an event in town, but the bathroom had mold in the showers and I woke up to roaches on walls and scurrying around the floor. book at your own risk! 0/10

This hotel is very dirty

carpet in the elevator is extremely dirty. there was a tiolet backup smell in our room upon arrival and we had to change rooms. the seconroom was fine. The hotel needs to do a deep deep cleaning of the bathrooms, stove and refrigerators.

Never got my security deposit back even though I only spent a couple hours and left everything how I met them. Also..there was trash left in the trash can when I arrived! Lol.

It was the perfect location to walk to the stadium but the hotel needs a good cleaning, the floor in my room was filthy and only 1 bar of soap and no tissues. Carpets in hallways are stained and need to be cleaned.
