The property was excellent. The staff was wonderful. The price for one night was very expensive. It needs to be known what the deposit amount is before you get there.

Good location The staff, the manager in particular, were extremely apathetic toward me and others who were staying there when the power went out during a storm. No electric, no working room key cards, no elevators, no AC, no WiFi. And she refused to comp anyone! Stay at the courtyard next door for better service. They comped everyone’s stays 100% under the same circumstances.

The convenience of breakfast on/site is always a welcomed amenity.

The breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed that the treadmills weren’t working, but there was another piece of equipment to use. it was close to a lot of areas to shop and or eat. I would definitely STAY HERE AGAIN!.

The bed was comfortable. Here comes the laundry list Room was a king suite which I have stayed in at many Residence Inns and this was the smallest ever. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana The hotel was sold out which can happen for sure through my years of working in hotels but one group having a kids birthday party took over the pool area with over 30 people between kids and adults. So swimming was impossible. They ran rampant in the hotel. At one point we went to go down on the elevator and 20 kids with no adult supervision crammed into the elevator with my son and I and proceeded to scream the entire ride down. Only one employee on with the hotel sold out. It’s impossible for one employee to maintain order, watch the front desk and help guests with room problems. We went to the front desk to buy a lemonade and 2 sodas $14 btw. We stood in a long line of people checking in. Finally got to the woman in front of us and the girl at the desk walked around to go let the woman into her room because the lock didn’t work. The woman said maybe you should let him pay for those first. The desk agent said no you have been waiting for a while. She looked at me and said I will be back. Somebody from the Courtyard next door came to see if they had any rooms available. I said she told someone that they were sold out. He thanked me and left. She came back 10 minutes later with 2 luggage carts in tow. Needless to say we never got to use the pool. The hallways as I said reeked of pot and the floors were filthy.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and was plenty big. We had 3 people in a king suite, one sleeping on the pullout couch. All of us felt our beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice and quiet and well-maintained. Our only concern was that the pool was very cloudy, but that could be from a number of things. Overall, 5 stars from us! We would absolutely stay here again!

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the staff couldn't light the fire pit. Everything else was great!
